McDonald's is NOT what it used to be. Ever since the pandemic struck, McDonald's can't seem to get the orders right. Whom ever takes the order, reads it back correctly. But whom ever fills the order, fills it incorrectly.I ALWAYS order a PLAIN cheeseburger for my granddaughter. Just meat, cheese and the buns. I ALWAYS get a cheeseburger with pickles and onions. Or they give me a cheeseburger with onions. My soda I ALWAYS order NO ICE. I ALWAYS GET ICE. I don't go to McDonald's anymore. If I go it's bcuz I'm a passenger in someone else's vehicle. McDonald's was my first job back in 1984. I was 15. We took our jobs seriously. So did our managers. Nowadays, they hire kids and don't train them.
We waiting for one hour on the drive thru and we get our food it was cold it's very poor management and there's fries cold and too salty and I feel sorry for the cashier and the place was dirty. You guys need a good customer's service and you need the who knows to talk to customer's nice and polite to people be a friendly atmosphere to dine in and order in the drive thru
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Literally every single time we visit this location the food takes forever to be made. The employees are always frantic and insincere with their apologies. We’re disappointed in ourselves for continuing to give this ridiculous excuse of a fast food restaurant chances. We won’t be coming back, and the owner of this franchise should be ashamed of themselves.
I really don't like posting bad reviews, but you really should avoid this store. The last three times we've been there, they've failed at the basics. Today we were missing food, the last time they made us wait an extra 20 minutes (felt like an hour) then gave us cold food, and the time before that our burgers were raw/undercooked. We won't be back. ?

I went to the app to get myself a kids meal I grew up with it and it brings back nostalgia but when I found out I couldn't get it when getting mcdonalds delivered I was heart broken hence the story of my life when I began the chapter of listening to Olivia Rodrigo.
I avoid this location when im delivering for doordash. They take too long when its busy. They were messing up on some orders when i ordered for myself, ready to give me somebody elses...
Worse McDonald's! Go through the drive thru only to site 15 mins in the curbside pick up. NEVER COMIBG BACK!!
Bad service, new employees are terrible, gave wrong my food order often, I have to come back many times to get re-order when I did not check food before leaving.And I was upset in 1-8-2022 when I stopped by at 4:38 am to buy food. I waited 10 minutes, no one come over gave me service. I almost gave up and one girl opened windows. I complained about why wait for food too long . She said I have only 1 person working and no food. What’s your mean no food.I asked her “ do you have food? “ she asked back to me “ Do you need food “ . That made me mad . I met her today and the same way she did, gave me wrong order. I came back she asked me “ do you want change?” What is that question. That right way that She have to change without asking like that. This is last time for me to buy food here I guess. Horrible
Place was a mess. Multiple people yelling about being there for 40 plus minutes. Door dash and Uber eats drivers were also there very upset. It seems like the leadership may not have a hold of this location. McDonalds is like the king of FAST food, so I’m not sure why this location was so off. Use the drive thru I guess is my only advice.
