This place continues to make me wait out front even when I'm the only customer at 3am. Then they forget to bring you the sauce you requested. Not impressed.
Don't know what was going on with the woman taking orders but I ordered meals by their numbers, large, with their drinks and sauces. Somehow she thought I wanted the items alone. After a frustrating interaction, we finally got the order correct. Then they end up forgetting one of the fries, you know, the entire reason I had her correct the orders into meals. Wasn't worth going back in for em dealing with that incompetence. Cal Oaks location is miles ahead of this place.
The absolute worst McDonald's. Constantly fudging their numbers by having the customers wait in reserve spot to keep their time down, even when there is only person behind you and no one infront of you. Rarely are staff members even pleasant.10 minutes plus to get to burgers. Then they don't even give napkins.
Ordered the number 5 and the McNuggets were cold they only gave me one of each sauce and the fries were soggy. I know not to expect much when I eat at McDonald’s but hot food is the least I want. Service was trash and I can only imagine what goes on in that kitchen.
Two orders messed up on last two visits. It happens. Today, they forgot to take people's orders in lane 2. Pull up to window after four cars order in lane 1, let the girl know, she could care less. She asks if I want to order something, I told her I didn't anymore. She closes the window. Like a silent middle finger. Wow. Lived here my whole life, eat here often enough. Won't be back again.
Consistently horrible service and messed up orders... I understand it's sometimes busy and the folks there may be under a lot of pressure, but other locations are doing just fine. Management could/should probably address the service issues.
The staff here are actually really awesome. I love McDonald's a little too much. This one is my favorite to go to.

It's McDonald's so I really didn't expect much.Fries were overcooked, fish sandwich was hard and dry, sweet tea was cool.This is the norm for them!
I mean it's McDonald's! What could go wrong? When you feel like eating it it's very reliable food! ?
