They can never seem to get my order right. It’s not just one thing in the order either. I just ordered a number 4 add cheese and substitute a round egg and a vanilla latte. No cheese, no round egg, no vanilla in the latte…
So this McDonalds parks literally everyone, which on the long run makes more work for the cooks in a short amount of time... and leaves you waiting for a really long time. I only ordered a deluxe breakfast and an orange juice and it took 40 minutes to get it. They parked so many cars there wasn't a space for mine except in mobile order pickup. Then I came back for missing syrup and got handed three, one of which was sliced open and literally squeezed into my hand... ......... I wasn't happy but never said anything to the employees because the stores policy isn't their fault... but I really didn't need a 40 min wait and a handful of syrup.
I did a curbside pickup for a mobile order placed on app.The staff was nice even though first she came with a wrong order.Time taken was ok.its good for a quick bite but have your expectation low as your order may be messed up based on volume of order its getting.
This Place is always Closed at 11PM before it's supposed to. When I do come here and it's opened, I get the wrong stuff in my bag, Often. I ordered a Hot and Spicy Chicken sandwich h here last week and they somehow put Ketchup and a chicken patty together? There had been times when I've shown up at around ten ish and someone is there and has shut the light off to the drive threw on me, when I said "if there not open why is the light on" I use to prefer coming to McDonald's after work Jack and the box here has better survice..
The service SUCKS. Every time I come here, I wait 40 minutes for sauce to be delivered to me. Today I was waiting for my order and I asked 3 different people for sauce and for 40 minutes I waited. NO SAUCE!! I had to ask AGAIN and the lady who gave it to me gave me attitude saying "you should really start ordering the sauce sooner." Which I did, and I asked MULTUPLE people and when I finally got it, my fries were cold. Terrible service, rude staff, don't reccomend.

You know it would be great if McDonald's would stay open until midnight like the hours suggest they will. This is the 2nd time in a month I've tried going here and they are closed before their online hours say they will be closed. Hey McDonald's, maybe try paying your employees a livable wage so they want to work for you to serve the rest of us.
I was completely shocked that it was not super slow today like usual.
What a total joke. So I ordered a hot cocoa here. Was given three lids for one small cup that had only warm milk in! Didn't find out until my son drank it when we got home. Who ever was taking our order seemed totally out of it. They don't take your order seriously and mess around too much.
Ordered through doordash and received the food promptly. However the inside was not fully cooked and sandwich was still cold
