The employees there don’t even deserve 1 star. How are you going to ask someone if they are waiting for their pizza order then give someone who just walked in a fresh pizza before those who said they were waiting? Then smile about it when asked. Very sad employees there
NO hot and ready pizza's. A quick pizza stop has turn into 1hour wait for your pizza stop.

Extra waiting isn’t great but tonight was the worst visit ever. 45 min after the quoted time I get noti that says order ready but can’t fit in the portal, see cashier. Just 1 pizza and crazy bread can’t go in the portal really? Cashier literally took over 25 min the get the order to the counter, pizza wasn’t even hot anymore by the time I got it. Ordered at 4pm for a 5pm pickup and got a warm-ish pizza at 605p. Staring at my pizza getting cold is a bit frustrating to say the least.Watched the entire hour I was waiting here and the 2 people wearing gray collared shirts did not even come to the front counter 1 time to speak to the guests, 1 of them was helping make pizzas the entire time. There was about 10 people working but they don’t have any leadership or direction
Was there last night. Ordered on app. Showed up to pickup per app. Had to wait 45min. 9 pizzas were put into oven as only one person was making them and the rest just standing around. Front counter guy had one hell of a I don't care attitude. Not to mention he was on something. The place was packed with customers In The same boat. Waiting . Have no idea as to who was in charge but I would definitely clean house.
Food was great but it took over an hour to get my pizza. It was a busy friday night and they were short staffed.
Consistently late. I ordered 2 hours ahead of time. It is currently 15min passed my order time and it is still not complete.This store has been here for a very long time. If it is understaffed then there is a major flaw in management.Get your stuff from somewhere else.This is the third and final time for me.
Waste of time, don’t ever come here. Ordered online and came in to pick up only to watch people that ordered at the store after me get their orders. No excuses, didn’t want my pizza anymore and just canceled after wasting 40 minutes of my day.
They need to fire EVERYONE who works at this place. The "manager" stands around while the entire operation falls apart around her. The shift manager on duty Dec. 15, 2021 needs to be fired immediately! She is useless. The entire staff suffers under this type of "leadership." I watched o e employee walk out in frustration and customydemanded refunds.
Horrible customer service! We showed up to get pizza at 8pm and the girl working the front decides to close 2 hours early. When we asked for the stores phone number and the managers names she said “look it up on google” and slammed the door on my face. Worse service I have ever encountered.
