Extremely disappointed. I want a refund.I ordered 2 pizzas for pickup. 1 Extra Most Bestest cheese and 1 Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni Order # 254895. When I got home and opened the box on the Pepperoni which was correctly labeled there was very little if any Pepperoni or cheese on the pizza. The phone for this location is off the hook and constant busy signal. Unable to contact anyone for resolution.Little Ceasers owes me $7.49 plus tax for giving me less than I paid for.Submitted electronic correspondence to customer service online. Not holding my breath on a reply.
I have never been to this little Caesars I got a pepperoni hot and ready and ugh it was severely overcooked and old seemed like when you have reheated a pizza more than once. And the entire center was missing dough like it had absolutely no dough it was a pizza donut basically with burnt cheese hiding the fact that there was a doughless center. The brownies are good though I think I will only go back for those but they come prepackaged from a warehouse so that'sprobably why.
I go here a LOT. I always come by after picking the kids up from school when I haven't had time to make them any food at home. Every single time, I'm disappointed. It's close to my house that's the ONLY reason. After today, I'm just not going back anymore. I'd rather wait and/or pay more for a different pizza. Today, pizza was completely burnt. Kids couldn't eat it. This place has ruined my trust in little caesars as a whole. Stay away. Just go to jersey pizza and wait for it. It's more, but I guess you get what you pay for.
The lady was rude at pick up i asked simply for my drink i orderes and she got an attitude with me and inturrupted me before i finished asking andsaid "we dont have mountian dew or root beer" so when i asked to replace the pepsie with root beer she said hold on and then shouted to the back to get a root beer. She was also rude to another customer as well then we got our food and it was over cooked. I will not be back to this location.
I called and nobody answer so I drove over just to find out they’re only taking online orders. It’s probably a good idea to answer the phone to let people know not to even come in. I thought Little Caesar’s was supposed to have $5 hot and ready pizzas but I guess not.
I wouldn’t even give one star to this location. Pizza was not ready for delivery driver on time. I couldn’t get through by phone to ask about the issue. Little Caesar’s customer service phone line is eternal hold. I will never order here again, and I will tell others not to as well.
I'm sorry to say that this Little Caesars sucks. To have to wait 30 mintues for 2 pizzas is crazy! Not sure if its because there are young kids working here but theres at least 5 workers and only 1 making pizzas. Come on managemen lets help these kids out
Person was rude when I called to make a pick up order. Then I got burnt pizza. Not going back. Your better off making your pizza. They sell the stuff to make it at Winco
They didn’t have my order in the portal, it takes 15mins for Italian cheese bread. It took a whole hour then when I got there they said I had to wait another 45 minutes? Don’t bother coming here, McDonald’s would treat you better than this place.
Had the personal 4 slices Detroit-style DEEP dish combo, it was good.
