I usually never leave reviews but I just had to for this place! I’m an SD native but I think their carne asada super fries were the best I’ve ever had, the toppings were fresh, the carne was so tasty, and the fries were well seasoned and stayed crispy which is rare when it comes to super fries! Their agua frescas were delicious too! Also their cashier was an angel, I wish I got his name but he has black hair and wore glasses. So so friendly and made our visit very pleasant. Underrated place for sure!
A small, hole in the wall with the absolute best Mexican food north of the border. Friendly people, fast service and ice cold beers!
I love this place, it is a family owned small restaurant that has some of the best food (my favorite is the carnietas, they have the best) they have some great beer on draft for a good price and they'll help with your party's too, the staff are all very nice and helpful and will pretty much bend over backwards to take care of you and make sure you are very welcome and happy with the service and the food they will even let you have a taste of the beer if you don't know what you want, there great and I have been going to there place for a few years now and I will seriously miss them when I move, until next time bon appetit.
Went for the first time on taco Tuesday. This place was packed, and with good reason. Discount on all tacos. I got the potato taco and the chile relleno burrito. Outstanding. Fresh and quality ingredients. Cooked with care. Salsa is really good too. Check em out
I always take out food here and it is always cold and hard especially the tacos, "On Taco Tuesdays"!!!!. They estimate pickup time too long and that is why food gets cold by the time food is picked up. This is a kitchen nightmare. Tacos got too expensive as well, almost $3 for a single street taco, really! Their entire food menu items actually just rose in price! As for me, no more take out from this place!

Sad to say this will be my last time coming here. I ordered a beer on happy hour and to my surprise it was 11.00. I know things are getting rough but really.
Love La Bamba. Awesome customer service. Food is super Good. Hands down my Favorite place.
