I went here because my significant other is vegan and can eat the new Beyond Chicken Nuggets. They are pretty good! The regular chicken is pretty good as well. I also like their mashed potatoes. We ate in a nearby parking lot in the car while listening to music. I'm not sure why people expect gourmet food from a fast food restaurant. For what it is, it's pretty great! The staff are nice as well. This particular location is in Murrieta and therefore it's well kept and in a decent area.
Almost an hour to wait in the drive thru to get the order wrong? We haven't been to this location in awhile, but we definitely won't be back. There's half a dozen chicken places around town that are better and faster than this place
Seriously don’t bother. Bad customer service. I wish I had read the reviews prior to coming here. My food was cold, no sauces as requested, no napkins, no utensils, missing item. Should I go on? I think I’ll contact the corporate office. Unbelievable!
the food is cool my friend's brothers gf's brother works there he's cool I like the tendys and the fries the mango lemonade tea is 10/10?
This locations never answers phones to complain that they missed an entire meal and gave me nothing of what I ordered. Worst location ever, also the one item you did get right had zero gravy. It’s A bowl covered in gravy, how could you screw that up? As other people have said these employees are either unbelievably lazy or they hire only idiots. This is shocking how bad this location is and every single time I’ve come this happens.

I think they get their chickens from Ethiopia now. all the pieces are very small and just as greasy as ever. I used to love the coleslaw but even that has lost its signature flavor that made it the absolute best, now just bland . The mashed potatoes are claydough. KFC you Used to be my all time fav now I have to settle for Popeyes smh
All the employees at this kfc are lazy and do not pay any attention.. I ordered a large Mac n cheese they gave me a large mash potato.. also ordered a Mac n cheese bowl and gave me a mash potato bowl ?♀️ the chicken strip were really over cooked and seems like they purposely pulled them apart... they never get my order right.. its the only kfc near me?♀️
I love here in the City and I’m going to start going to the one out side of the city -this place is awful!! never can they get an order right !! No wonder raining canes is coming into town and now we see why Chick-fil-A does so much business-awful we will contact Corp!Orders Always wrong but make sure to charge us for a while they don’t give us always have to go back with the price of gas is these days it’s ridiculous
Asked for crispy chicken sandwich got mushy not even cooked all the way chicken.
