Slowest drive through ever. Every. Single. Time. Today I waited 20 minutes in line, I only wanted a shake, wasted so much gas and time that I will never get back, just for them to tell me the shake machine was getting cleaned so they couldn’t make shakes. No compensation, no extra customer service, just time and money (gas) wasted. And of course at a time where gas is at an all time high. Dining in is fine, but drive through will make you wanna pull your hair out and scream. And I work at a minimum wage restaurant so usually I’m understanding, but this is just ridiculous.
Almost always quick and fresh. Employees are prompt and I know I can grab something here and not be disappointed. One of the best jacks around this area and a plus, its not crazy busy.
I call this location every few months to complain and it does no good. They don't seem to follow food safety protocols nor even seem to understand how to prepare simple foods. I have determined that the failure here is the manager. The responsibility for ensuring quality food is prepared and that it is done safely comes down to the manager training and maintaining that standard. Do better manager and owner, because right now your restaurant poses a risk to your customers.
Ordered spicy tenders and wasn't given a receipt, went back today to order same thing and was told theyDo not sell em and haven't in months. Showed them box they came in to be told oh they must of cut up the spicy chicken and made them tenders. Ordered something else and still no receipt! NO OK! Management needs to fix this problem!! Receipts are important
I’m not one to get on websites like this to complain. All I’ll say about this one is it makes me never want to eat at a Jack in the box again. My wife and I ate in. I used the restroom room and it was so disgusting and smelled of urine and no hand towels. My wife went to the car to get wipes and I even wiped the bottom of my shoes because I didn’t want to get back in our car with them. The curly fries were cold and dry and my ultimate cheese burger, which was my favorite once a Upon a time, was the worst one ever. Dry and cold. We felt like complaining and requesting everything fresh, but the staff just didn’t appear to even notice we were there. My vanilla shake also was basically soft serve ice cream with whipped cream on top. This one, never again. Maybe no more Jack in the Box ever again. That’s how strong I feel about how terrible the food was. Big time waste of $25.
No matter how many times I try to come to this specific location my order is wrong. I dont ask for much. Very simple things. But the last time we came here I expressed that if my son ate the egg he would die. Yes cross contamination is a risk but we are okay with that.Its rare we order stuff that comes with egg.TODAY NOT A SINGLE THING WAS ORDERED WITH EGG AND ITS BEEN MONTHS SINCE I CAME HERE AND WE GOT A KIDS CHEESE BURGER WITH EGG ON IT.................... Same people working as last time so this is an intentional hit on my child especially since when I walked in they all looked. This time I have their names and now I will be pressing charges. This is intentional because it was marked as a kids cheese burger, and it had an egg on it. Something that has no place to have a physical egg on it. Horrible service Horrible people.
