I told them three times what sauces I want at the speaker I told him I wanted Ranch on the good sauce twice and when I pulled up to the window they asked what sauces I want so I told him the same thing I got one ranch hot sauce and ketchup and I brought it to the ladies attention she said sorry I have 20 things going on right now apparently what I ordered wasn’t one of those 20 things I’m so tired of just horrible service at fast food places and this was a manager who asked me what sauces I wanted and did not give me what I ordered and then used having 20 things going on I was the only person in the drive-through and there was no cars in the parking lot but two. These corporations really need to do something about this era well the consumers only one that suffers
They forgot my fries with my combo. I ordered the new spicy loaded fries and did not get the jalapeños. I asked for no ice in my coke and I got ice. Check your order before you leave.
Fast and good service. Coffee was freshly made and hot. Drive thru lady very nice and polite.
Tastes like it should, but always forgetting at least one food item, last night they forgot 3 items. Workers are always polite though.

The food was good and all(taken out), but that bathroom tho! That thing could give a truckstop bathroom a run for it's money. Idk what's in those sewers, but someone needs to kill it ?
The food here is very good and the best of all excellent customer service.
When it says it opens at 6am and it's 7am. They have their doors lock. I knock and try to get get their employees attention but they act like they are working. I even called but no answer. If the lobby is closed just put a sign
I never leave bad reviews but then again, I've never been to a JIB as slow as this one. Each time I have visited through the drive-thru, I've spent an unusually long time; even before ordering. Once I do order and finally make it to the check out window, I'm usually poorly greeted by some younger male without enthusiasm while providing no urgency at all with taking payment let alone processing and packaging my order. It's almost cringy how bad this is. Will I go back?probably, it's conveniently located by my work. Will I enjoy it? probably not..I'd only go there if you have the time...and by that I mean all day
Good customer service only reason why I gave it 3 stars. The Hashbrown was stale, it tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer since breakfast.
