Food is great, but drive thru line is always unnecessarily long and way too slow at all times in the day. 1130am? Drive thru line to the gas station. Midnight? Drive thru line to the gas station. Anywhere between it is the same. I feel they must try to be this consistent at delaying the drive thru. They need someone to manage the drive thru to make in n out actually an in and out process.

Five gold stars you know what I noticed I'm looking at all the employees as I'm enjoying my burger one of the best in town might I say and I'm thinking the character of all the employees are just so awesome everybody hustle and motivates team players working together you don't see that at other hamburger joints so much with such a quality Burger comes quality employees and it shows.
In n out is great I ordered a triple with no lettuce no pickle and no tomatoes animal style with animal style fries good food all the time in n out.
The burgers are so fresh here! I got a double double with chopped chili's & no spread w/ketchup and mustard instead, which was awesome! I got another double double with chopped chili's, animal & protein style. The burger was wrapped well with lettuce so it doesn't fall apart easily. Also got some animal style fries which was DELICIOUS. The customer service was great and the cashier was really nice. It gets really busy at this location at lunch and dinner time so plan accordingly. Overall, it was a great experience!
Aside from a confused cashier that doesn't quite understand how to make change, and messed up our order....the food is still good ?
Enjoyed our food everything was fresh cooked to order.Like always they cater to a special order, the restaurant was clean the staff was very friendly. Bathrooms, plenty of condiments, drink machine is touchless!
It’s always been bad, but I’ve never seen the line get like this. The line now goes from the parking lot, past the gas station and occasionally starts at the street. This level of traffic is damaging to the community. There are hours of the day that the shell station is completely blocked off. This isn’t fair to them. It also isn’t fair to the cars that have to bob and weave around the traffic. An unnecessary hazard to say the least. Any place with this level of business I would expect to have multiple order lines as a bare minimum. This feels very much like an “F U” to the community of murrieta.
You already know what to expect from In-N-Out! It's always good. I had an animal style burger for the first time and it was fire!
The food was good as usual!I was more impressed with the high schooler that took my order. (I forgot her name unfortunately) but her personality and kindness is going to take her very far in life! She's going to be an airline stewardess and she will perfect for the job!
