The meal is delicious and I would love to come back for more someday
Food was average, Mountain Dew from the fountain was not good at all. Waitress was okay.We were the first table to be served and have our bill brought for the evening shift and we were informed the waitress did not have any change on her personally so we would have to give exact change, this meant we were unable to leave a tip. This is a bizarre policy which needs to be addressed by management or corporate, waiting staff should be provided with a personal float so that they can provide change to customers and not leave customers in an awkward situation.
What can I say?! IHOP is my go to place for some good pancakes, eggs and bacon. Love to bring the wife as well so then we can choose different plates and then we just share them. Would recommend for breakfast for sure.
Second visit, ordered to go! Went well, waffle was the bomb.com golden brown just the way I like it! Eggs were a bit runny, ordered them scramble, sausage could have been cooked a bit more, but that's to my liking. Good customer service!
After giving me the recipt waitress added an additional plate. Said she accidentally added someone else's plate. It was $20 more expensive. Waitress was super busy and inattentive. Will not come back to this location(murrieta location).Menifee location is way better. Ran for years by same women now under new management but waiters and managers are fantastic.
Came during the week (Monday) to avoid the wait but it ended being worse. There was no wait to be seated but yet it took them 8 minutes to sit my daughter and I. Then, we order our drinks but my daughter did not get her strawberryshake until another worker made it. Not only are they understaffed but there's no quality work being done here. The strawberry milkshake was brought overflowing even though the lid was on! How in the right mind do they bring it like that to the customer? I asked for napkins and never came so I went to get them myself. Along with the ketchup and chalula sauce. Anywho, other tables were debating to leave because their food was not coming. The waiters were having issues with the kitchen and they definitely were not being professional about it either. I would have quit if they talked to me that way in the kitchen. Some of the customers clearly understand Spanish so talking like that in another language is still not professional. We've been waiting for over 15 minutes now to pay and continue to wait. But atleast my coffee has been refilled by the guy who cleans the tables. His name is Ramon (an elderly gentlemen) but it's only because of him that our experience wasn't completely terrible.
It was early Sunday. One of the employees had a speaker blaring loud music. I couldn't wait to finish my meal and get the heck out of there. The food was fine. Ambience Terrible.

3 groups behind us, got their order first. My Ouellette were dry, toast looks like a mess so little butter and slightly toasted and un neatly served , tilapia wS overly done and we changed to spinach instead of broccoli and she gave us raw spinach. Although she was always forgetting items we gave generous tip.
