The pizza is good, the customer service sucks.Customer service is awful. Like everyone else, DON'T ORDER DELIVERY. The pizza will never be delivered. When you go to pick up your delivery order the guys behind the counter are annoyed that people are patronizing their small business.Also, hockey is way too loud all the time inside.
Would be a great pizza place if staff wasn’t always rude and annoyed that customers are coming in.
I’m an Over The Road truck driver. I parked my truck directly next to Tractor Supply for the night because I had a live unload there scheduled for the next day (I was ahead of schedule). Anyway I decided I’d like pizza. They definitely deliver, and the young lady I spoke with was very sweet and overly apologetic. Unfortunately management told her not to take my order because due to the fact that I wasn’t at a specific building they wouldn’t be able to deliver ? If I were an ugly spirit I would hope for their next truck delivery got held up with their inventory and they would run short on supplies for a week But I won’t say that
The worker who helped us, who had no name tag, was not happy at all to be working. He took 5 minutes just to stop what he was doing and take our order. We weren't greeted and the whole thing felt like it was bothersome to him. Furthermore our pizza slices were haphazardly thrown into a box too small to contain our food so that the lid. When closed, smashed into the food ruining the look of the slice. Based on the experience with that employee I would not return. Pizza was mediocre but maybe that's because of who prepared it?
Food was good. Would of given more stars but we were dining in, arrived at 6:45. They were supposed to close at 8:00 but a little after 7:00 one of the workers started putting all the chairs on every table except ours. Seemed rude and made me feel like I was being kicked out. The dining room is very small and they could've waited until we left.
Definitely not New York Pizza (Brooklyn) .little Sauce&cheese not easy to tell/taste the true quality because overcooked the slice that I got was hard? the very nice vyoung man working said pizza shouldn't flap on the end? Not foldable? I'm thinking that's what makes Brooklyn Pizza so special dough is soft light n flaky gooey and most definetly foldable cheese n toppingsw/just right amount of sauce cooked to perfection.
I would have given them a 5 if it weren’t for the fact that ALL 6 tables were dirty and sticky. The floors were also sticky when walking on their floor. I PRAY that this isn’t an indication of how their kitchen is. Note: I arrive here at 11:44 am, bit long after they opened.
We’re not very picky, we were told these were really good… I think worst pizza we’ve ever had. Ordered pesto tomato and buffalo chicken.Both were very salty, almost no toppings, chewy bread.
Great pizza and great service! The tomato basil slices are my favorite:)
