Pollo loco is a good place to eat if you're looking for just chicken, tortillas and sides.I know of 1 menu item to stay away from, that would ? % be the chips and guacamole. Honestly the chips are probably fine, but the guacamole do not consume. I would probably recommend the guacamole for a colon cleansing before a doctor's visit. 3rd time having the guacamole from there and all 3times was an upset stomach and a side of diarrhea to go with that.
This is not your typical Pollo Loco...this is more like your mom and pops favorite restaurant.The first thing you notice is how elegant and SUPER CLEAN this place is. You are met by very friendly quick employees. Food is ready within 5 minutes and warm and delicious to see. The chicken does taste better too. Did i mention how clean this place is? and the employees wont stop cleaning.... even the tables that are already clean lol.Awesome job all these employees, managers and onwers do at this location. * * * * * * * * * * 10 stars from me.
Would give 0 stars but how can a place that sells only chicken not have any chicken. Have to wait 45min for a batch they just put in. Doesn’t make sense.
The birria tacos were very delicious especially the au jus sauce for the dip
I love El Pollo Loco. This locations execution of the Corp recipes is a joke, embarrassing. Gave them two chances but will never go back. Leather chicken and the new Tacos had a pinch of meat. Pics are of rhe $5 tacos..Go elsewhere
I'm not much of a chicken eater! But I really liked their salads and of course the chicken Posole verde, too bad they only have it available at Christmas time.?

The customer service has improved so much. I love how they always get my order right, the speed in which I am served is amazing as well! They’re always busy here and I have yet to see the restaurant a mess.
If I have 0 star whichwhat they deserve but 1 is too much, I believe none of the staff or manager had any training in customer service ,regardless of the food quality ( medium) still there prices is high. Never ever will be back
Dine in. We've been coming here for years. But now seems like the leg and thigh portions are getting smaller and smaller like they chopped off portions if it, why, maybe to add to the lunch bowl menus. Going to chick fillet now even if the line is long.
