First time ordering and it is amazing. It was confusing at first how to order cause we did via app. But after a bit of research we figured it out. Now if you are like us and never had Dunkin before you may not know the donuts aren't freshly made, they are mass produced off location so they are pretty bland and stale. If you prefer a fresh donut go to a local donut shop like miss donut but these donuts were necessarily bad, just weren't for us and wanted to give a heads up to other first timers
Everytime I've been here, the employees have been great! They have always been patient and helpful when I had troubles utilizing my online discounts or offers. On one visit, they even applied two (daughter's and mine) discounts on one order while using our T-Mobile Tuesday offer. I was pleasantly surprised by this gesture and so appreciative. Great service, great drinks, great employees! I'll definitely be back again.
Dunkin has good coffee and drinks. There donuts however are not very good. The dough is more floury than sweet.
I just went through the drive through here to get a 9pm latte and was having a really emotionally rough night (family issues). The kind guy on the intercom could tell I was down, I guess, and reached out by asking if I was doing okay and offered to do whatever he could to make my night better. I’m not the type to make my problems anyone else’s so I was doing my best to front and say I’m okay/fine.When I got to the window to get my drink, he handed my latte as well as a bag with a sprinkle donut in it to cheer me up. It was honestly such a sweet gesture and the random kindness shown to me was so unexpected but it really did lift my spirits. I’m so grateful, not just for the free donut but mostly for that nice guy reaching out.I didn’t get the guy’s name, but the receipt says Cameron. So if that was you Cameron, your kindness really did make a difference in someone’s life and even though it was a little moment, it mattered more than you know. Thank you.
The cashier was very knowledgeable about the products/food items the shop offers and she's super friendly. Donuts we ordered were delicious.
Love the freshness of everything here. Stagg is friendly... it can take a crazy amount of time to get food here in the morning though... average 30 mins to place the order.... another 20 to 30 to get it. I appreciate that the staff is still kind through the crazy though.
Staff did not give us a little time to pick, he acted like he was in a hurry though there was like 3 people behind me, they were not waiting for such a long time though, I just feel like it's kinda rude to act like that since it was not really packed inside the store compare to drive thru. Btw, he also forgot to gave my other 2 orders... see he made a mistake when he supposed to focus on customers order instead hurrying up....
I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts location every single day for about 3-4 years now. My favorite part of the day is coming here and getting my boyfriend’s coffee and other various drinks for myself. It really makes me sad that recently the quality has gone down. I understand there has been an almost complete replacement of staff in the past couple months, but I feel as though I’m wasting my money everyday having to throw out my drink because it tastes bad.Refreshers lacking flavor to the point it tastes like water, matcha latte’s tasting like pure milk with no hint of matcha, mochas that have way too much chocolate syrup in it or none at all, adding creamer or other flavors to drinks that I didn’t ask for. I’ve even had two instances with donuts having mold on them.I still continue to come here hoping that my order is palatable every time, only to be disappointed. I know you guys can do better and I’m hoping it does get better.
Being from the NY Dunkin' was everywhere, this is the only one near me but it's always clean and the folks are nice. Who doesn't like a good cup?
Drive thru is always fast. Never had an issue with an order. Son loves the hashbrowns. Coffee is pretty good for a chain....definitely stop here when I don't make my own coffee or there isn't a small family owned coffee shop near by.
