Ordered pizza at 1020 am via the app, by the time I arrived to the store to pick up my pizza they hadn’t even started my order yet. I left for 15 minutes to give them time to prepare my meal and when I returned they still hadn’t started my order. I had to literally stand there and watch them prep my order before I went to the car to wait. I was literally the first order in their screen I just don’t understand this. Horrible service.
The app does NOT have the same deals as online. I always have to order online instead of app to save money. I don’t really like the way the management runs the app and there store but don’t really have a choice it’s the closest to my house. Not cool
I love it!!! The person who came to drop off my pizza was a total anime nerd and was very friendly honestly the best drop off delivery person experience ever!!!very good pizza as well me and my family enjoyed it thank you dominos!!!
Lousey.....placed order at 1240pm, received message driver was on his way at 120pm, then received another message at 130pm stating Hope youre enjoying your [email protected]#[email protected]@!!Where did he deliver my $52.00 order? I didnt get it. I called and no one answered, it said they were all busy? Really, i drove over to the location and when i walked in.....1 employee standing there doing norhing. Driver was in back. Phone ringing off the hook. Wow... employee asked if she could help me...i said yes, i came for mt REFUND, she asked me for my order #, i gave it to her, she said oh i can get that order ready for you right away ???are you kidding me???? Not ordering from them again, never.
My fiance just went to this location to be greated at the door by this young guy telling him that they are not making anymore pizzas and that they are closed until tomorrow. Why would a pizza place stop making pizza at 7pm on a Saturday night. The Yelp and Google hours says that they are open until 1am and that delivery closes at 12am. I work at a donut shop that's open til 8pm on Friday and Saturdays.
Well it said my order was going to be ready at 8:03 but after about 15 minutes with no pizza coming out to car side order I went to go check in and was told it will be another hour. If I’m already there waiting for my order that should be ready and you’re going to tell me it’s going to be another hour, just give me my refund because my time is just being wasted at that point.
This place is always such a hit or miss. Sometimes they make great pizzas, but they always have trouble getting the order and I can tell some of the workers are either overworked or forget easily. We waited for them to make a pizza for 2 hours and eventually left because they would not tell us the process/if they were even making the pizza.
First off they forgot our salad we called and patiently waited to receive it. Then we received it and this is what it looks like. It speaks for itself!
Disappointed with the customer service. Made me want to turn back around but I’m currently hungry. Also have a question for the Domino’s health department, why was the person making the pizzas not wearing a mask? Seems weird to me if the door says “masks required” and the person literally breathing on my food isn’t wearing one.
