This place is terrible. IEvery time pizza is late and nothing but excuses. Never have gotten a refund or discount for the poor service. If you don't mind waiting a couple of hours to get a pizza this place is for you but if you expect a pizza in a timely manner and a hot pizza stay away from this place. Put our order in at 5:30 and it's 7:50 and no pizza.
It's honestly getting worse and worse. The quality of the pizzas are at a sharp decline with continuous skimping on the toppings. Barely any pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza and hardly and chicken on a BBQ chicken pizza.It looks like a circle of disappointment.
Listen to the reviews lol Nothing has changed. Got the order wrong not once but twice. Waited over 1 hour for our 1st order when it said 35mins. When it was wrong they said they will fix it and send another one literally 2 hours later showed up and it was the wrong order again. I gave them 2 stars because the manager was nice and refunded me And apologized. Which I appreciate. But will not be going back.Review on the actual pizza "not good" not good at all LOL im laughing because it was really how the other reviewers described. Choose another pizza place. Hope the owners see this and do something about it.
The good news: the staff is very pleasant and food was decent.The bad news: got our order delivered wrong, called and they said they’d deliver correct pizza (by the way, they had it on record correctly, just sent wrong pizza). We’ve now been waiting an additional almost 2 hours for correct pizza and it’s still not here. Called to ask for refund and cancel the correct pizza because we are going to bed. Told manager wasn’t there and would be back in 5. Really lousy customers service, even if they are nice.
So I've been ordering from this dominos for 4yrs, they have always been nice. The pizza is always fire and always on time. (HAVING A LARGE FAMILY MAKES FOR NO TIME WAISTING ON COLD PIZZA..ALWAYS HOT)Thanks for all that you do and thanks for bringing pizza to my house everyweek during the pandemic!
Its ok to order here if you dont mind if they mess up with toppings which I found no of times even very limited toppings to find out.Weekends are super busy so expect longer delivery time.Staffs are ok to not good based on your luck whom you are interacting with.No chain pizza store nearby, so they are making business without any competition.
On Saturday February 12 2022 this location went above and beyond customers service. I sent my Fiance to our local Domino's ( Scott Road location) at 7pm to be greeted at the door by a young guy stating that the store stopped making/delivering pizza and that they were closed. Both my fiance and I thought that was not right. I then sent him to this location because its across the street from were I work ( Wongz Donutz) to get the pizza. Of course this location was still open and making pizza on a Saturday night at 8pm. My fiance told this location what happened at our location and just like us the employees at this location thought that it was weird too that our location would stop making pizza and close at 7pm on a Saturday night too. This location apologized for our locations business refusal of all customers and provided above quality service. Thank You so much for your top of the line above quality service on Saturday night.
Orders have always been hot and right... Even surprised us with extra items before, who can say no to extra pizza? Lava cakes would be nice but free pie... Great job..
This place will NEVER have your pizza ready when app says its ready. Give yourself about 20 minutes AFTER app says its ready. in fact, forget the app, this place makes the whole pizza tracker app worthless. Go back to waiting about 30 minutes, then leave home. Thats about the wait here, about 30-45 mins.
