Well, if you order here and they say it will be ready in 10-15 minutes, they really mean about an hour and a half. No apologies, no extra sauce, no nothing --- nobody cares. Wonderful environment, three other patrons had also been standing there for over an hour to get their pizza that they were told was ready 50 minutes ago. The guy at the counter obviously didn't give a rip, and he could not understand my last name, which he miss-typed into his system at least three times. Sorry to be so harsh, but they've lost my business forever. It sucks because they are close to my neighborhood.
No Stars if I could! Delivery for 2 pizzas took 1 hour and 10 minutes when it said it would take 35 minutes... Wish I could pull back the tip but they make you choose it before you can place the order. Watched the driver take 2 different deliveries before ours where they were out of the way or more convenient for the street lights to make vs, having to make u-turns. We are literally less than 1 mile away.
I'm looking for a new pizza vendor, my place of business orders 300-500 pizzas every month. I couldn't even get 1 person at this location to speak to me about it. The mgr on duty says he can't talk to me about it, he said I needed to see the GM in an hour. I came back in an hour and she had come and gone. The person at the counter tried calling her, she wouldn't speak with me. Then I was told by the person at the counter that ONLY the owner can talk to me about buying pizzas from them (strange that the GM cant sell me pizzas). So, being sensible, I asked for the email address of the owner so I can make contact, but as expected, I was told I can't have the email address of the owner. Well, I guess I will talk to Marcos or any of the other local pizza shops.
Unprofessional staff. No one seemed to have any basic customer service skills. I stood in front of the counter for 3 minutes while 4 employees all looked up at me and not a single person acknowledged me! I placed my order over 40 min before arriving and was told to wait for another 15 minutes....I actually waited for 25 minutes! Not a simple apology from anyone! A new customer walk in and said he was there to pick up an order. A worker grabbed 4 boxes and repeated to him my name on the receipt. Only then did I realized that my 4 pizzas had been sitting on a rack shelf and nobody bothered to follow up to let me know! Advice to the owner of this Domino's...train your incompetent people!!!
I wish I could give zero!!!! Me and my husband ordered a special pizza and made a change in our order right after putting first one. We waited for more than 20 min outside for our order to get ready. After I went in and asked if the pizza was ready, I was told that my order was canceled and refunded . They did not even explain me why it was canceled!!!! The lady and the guy who were talking to me , said that it was refunded to your account, and left me with no extra explain!!!!!!!! Not a good place to go. They don’t care about customer’s satisfaction .
Pizza dry!! Plus the young lady cutting the pizza and putting in box had her hair hanging down around her face and kept putting behind ear without washing her hands. She didn't even have gloves on!! Their pizza cutter needs sharpening too. No receipt, machine out of paper, when an employee put paper in it printed at least a dozen, other employee mentioned it had been out all day! Needs a manager that actually leads the staff. Totally unprofessional environment, I paid $50 dollars for 2 medium pizzas and boneless wings, they messed up on the wings!! Beyond disappointed!!
If I could put no stars I would. I ordered 3 pizzas waited 40 min for my order to arrive never received my order but I did receive a phone call from cal oaks branch to explain the situation after I placed my order again I called the dominos in margarita rd in murrieta witch was my original place I ordered from I spoke to Trisha the manager never have I spoken to a manager with no customer service skills no professionalism and it reflects on the workers they didn’t apologize they did even give a curtesy call I would of picked up my order never will get anything from them again i rather pay a little extra and have some real pizza like Pacinos hopefully corporate see this so they can receive proper customer service skills
I ordered dominos pizza online because they have good deals and coupons online. I went to go and pick it up. The pizza was a little bit over done but that is better than under cooked. The staff was very nice at this location and my food was ready on time. I would come back to this dominos again.
The place seemed pretty clean, the staff was really friendly, but during a time listed as not too busy they were pretty slow. It took a few minutes just to place an order inside, then about 30 mins for the food to come out. Everything tasted great though!
They gave me the wrong pizza. I called them and they said they would make another one for me. Said it would be ready in about 20 minutes. Got there and they hadn't made it yet so I waited. After 30 minutes I asked where it was and they still hadn't made it. It was a mess. Finally someone said she would personally make it.... and she did.
