I never wrote a review about this place because my experience in this place was good not excellent but in the average, but in my last order this place was a disaster, i sent my order online and in the app said my order will be ready in one hour i wait for more than one hour and my order still saying in preparation i went there to ask for my order and a bunch of people in the same situation and the guy in the register said you need to wait about one more hour because your order is not ready and inside of the place like 10 people working and i saw the oven and just one pizza they were just walking like crazy and i think they don't have an idea of what are they doing.
I like to think that I'm an honest person so here it goes. The store is hit or miss... but it's been mostly miss for me. When I say slow, I mean tectonic plate movement slow. But once in a blue moon it's on time.Today is was sloooooooooooooow. And not only that, the app said it was ready but the employees said it wasn't even in the oven yet. Twice I was told "15" minutes and I was let down both times.But they took my complaints (and everyone elses) like Champs. They have been practicing patience and restraint because ten of us walked in and complained vigorously and they just smiled.
This is the go-to ordering place for my teenage son. I order pizzas and chicken wings for him and his friends. They have coupons available most of the month for $5.99 each. It’s just an easy food to order when he wants to eat out.I’ve done delivery a few times and their drivers were consistently polite and delivered the pizza contactless when the weather permitted.I’m also able to customize a pizza for me to eat by not including cheese and adding all of the veggies as well as putting the marinara sauce.
I have always had a good experience with this location.The staff isn't exactly super energetic and welcoming, but they greet me right away and get my order correct 99% of the time. However, I never have my pizza delivered. I always pick it up. Frankly, I have never really had good experiences from any pizza establishment that delivers, so I always make sure to pick it up. It amuses me how many complaints are due to delivery orders. It will always be hit or miss no matter how good or effecient the company is. It's just the nature of pizza delivery, variable travel times that are unpredictable for a driver, and a type of food that gets cold fast.So don't order pizza for delivery and expect to have a stellar experience, because it's tough to do it right unless it's a slow night.

2 times in a row I got sausage in my pizza, the 2 time I asked for no Saugus and said it very clearly but it still was on there

I neglect to see why a dominos is rated so badly. The pizza is cheap, freshly made, and better than any other in the price range. If you want higher quality pizza people… go somewhere else and pay more? Your complaining about something that others see as a necessity: cheap food.
The app is good. Unfortunately when you click to deliver the same thing as before the address can change if you’ve had multiple addresses on there before. I called to find out it was delivered to my old house. Drove all the way down there to find out it wasn’t there and the driver took it back. When I called the store the woman was rude and told me that I’d have to pay another 30 bucks to get another pizza. Since it was a non delivery I am supposed to get a refund in 2-3 business days yet the money can come off my account instantly. On my second order- I paid for 3 ranch cups and only received two. I will not be ordering there anymore. Rude customer service and poor communication.
