Server Madai poor customer just ruined Cruz tacos experience. I was very polite and asked questions regarding the menu. I was the only person in line. Madai would always respond with an attitude. I always spent $40 to $50 every visit (including this one). Was undecided between having Cruz tacos or Jimenez cater my kid baptism. Thank you Madai for making my decision. Unless they bring the other welcoming and cool front workers, I’m taking my business elsewhere.
I appreciate that they have vegan/vegetarian options but they aren't very careful when preparing an order. I also understand that there could be cross contamination but the veggie burrito that I ordered had several pieces of shredded meat. Staff said it was from cooking the cactus on the grill. Two stars because they did offer me a refund.
Food was marginal and not cooked properly, service was adequate nothing special, and the waitress was confrontational when I sent food back to the kitchen because it was not done correctly
The place was clean, the menudo and salsas were so good, won't be my last time coming here
Best salsas in town. Not afraid to spice it up. Service was friendly and food was fresh. Definitely recommend!
Good food and as a Vegetarian/Vegan family we really appreciate the options. I would rate them 5 stars if their hours weren’t so unreliable. Always call before going, their hours are all over the place. Google hours and even the hours on their door are not accurate.
Love this small business! Great food, well priced... good service! I do nacho reviews on Tiktok... I know I know... but it is fun and I can justify eating more nachos! Cruz Tacos is in the top 2 in the area so far... making my way through the valley... slowly lol. They have great Carne Asada burritos, Cali Burritos... I have enjoyed everything. @feedmenachos
I love that they have vegan options! I had the vegan breakfast burrito and the vegan burrito for lunch too. Both are very good! The salsas are fantastic too!
Was visiting family in Cali and ended up trying and then having this place like 3 days in a row lol Different burrito each time. Miss this place as it was excellent!
Me and my family we were searching for a menudo place. We decided to come to this restaurant based on the reviews. Surprisingly when we got here the cashier was extremely rude and gave us attitude. What made the situation worst is we wanted to sit in the back table of the restaurant and there was a case of gatorades. I asked the cashier if we could sit on that table. Rudely she said no cause they use that table for storage, which didn't make since. Our menudo took a long time to be served. I will say that the food is ok. But the service is horrible.
