I ordered a cake from here over the phone and the employees made the experience go very smoothly and quickly. I really appreciated how kind they were over the phone and excited they sounded to be making a cake for my family. I would definitely recommend going here if you want to order an ice cream cake.
Ordered the new Reece's peanut butter with awesome sauce. They make it but failed to say they don't have the awesome sauce. Yep so it was ice cream with half a peanut butter cup smashed in it. Someone else ordered the peanut butter perfection. Another joke big pieces of peanut butter cup is all that was mixed in it. Won't be back to this joke of a place
Ordered the cheesecake ... all it was is cheesecake ice cream and caramel... really ?what the? ....its supposed to have berries and other stuff in it. Nothing.Then got into the coffee heath bar ... boring. Just coffee ice cream with alil of heath bar on top. I paid extra for extra toppings and got jipped. 18 bucks in two pints of ice cream. What a rip off.

Love me some Cold Stone. Convenient location for travelers. It’s next to Marriott Residence and Courtyard Hotel. Friendly staff. Also next to 3 or 5 restaurants, so you know dessert is nearby! Hey, it’s Cold Stone! Ice cream your way. How can you go wrong?
Staff are not helpful or very friendly and way over-priced.
