Took my 2 year old for the first time. She loved it. They stamp you when you enter and when you leave to ensure everyone who came in together leaves together which I liked.It was a little short staffed but food was good, games were fun, and we did a 60min play card where u can play any game for 60mins.
Took my son last night and boy have they changed! Pizza is always excellent there but the service by everyone was perfect! I have to give it to everyone working there! I was very impressed. Facility was cleaned and the salad bar was full and neat! You guys have done a great job! The food came out within 15 mins! Very happy with them! Take your kids!

It's a small location. Hand stamps required at entry. You can purchase game time per minutes or tickets. We got the unlimited plays for 60 minutes, which they say is the most popular.
I remember when this location first opened. My kids loved it, I tolerated it. My only challenge was the terrible food and dirty environment, but it was good cheap fun for a young dad and his 3 kids. They loved it so I was a frequent, albeit reluctant, guest. 25 to 30 years later, I arrived at the same location today with my 6-year old grandson, but it seemed different. It was clean… I mean, real clean. Every “cast member” (employee) was helpful and friendly (which seems to always be a fortunate quality of this location). And the food…OMG, it is REALLY good! My grandson and I shared a #3 combo and added a salad. The sausage with stuffed crust was fantastic and the sweet chili buffalo wings were delicious. I can’t believe I’m saying this but 5 STARS to Eldon, Mack, and all of the great cast at the Murrieta Chuck E Cheese! My grandson and I have decided to have a monthly Grandpa Day where we go somewhere fun like Chuck E Cheese. Have to give it up to the team during the Saturday night of the 26th. Such a busy night and even with the small team we saw on the floor, they kept up with all of the customers. Thank you and to that team! I hope they get recognized for their efforts during this time! ?
Employees are very friendly, food is always fresh and delicious, you need an ID if you want to purchase alcohol. The kids love Chuck E. Some of the rides for smaller kids were not operational, but the manager was so nice and compensated us with aome extra game points. Overall, we had a good time.
My 3 years old got covid from this place, so sad didn't get it 2 years goes to chuck e cheese once and gets it , theres no one cleaning and no ventilation whatsoever so sad
Staff was very friendly! Pizza was yummy! Not to crowded!, so kids had a blast! Great salad bar too!
