The cleanliness of this location is so bad. The counter where the food is prepared is filthy and the floor behind the counter and into the kitchen is visibly filthy. Also, I know there is foil between my burrito and the counter but sliding it around on all the spilled rice, lettuce, sour cream, avocado, etc. is still gross. There are plenty of employees so rush doesn’t seem to be the problem. The drink machine was still not working too. My husband and I came back 8 months ago and the conditions were the same, we had hope they would’ve improved by this time. We’re bummed. We used to love chipotle.
DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER TO PICK UP! I repeat DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER FOR PICK UP! Especially around dinner time. They do not prioritize online orders. This is the 2nd time I have waited for more than 20 mins passed my scheduled pick up time.It would be faster to just order in line versus their "convenient" order online and pick up in store. No urgency and employees don't care because well... why should they? It's just their jobs.Terrible location.
They have one worker in the front during a lunch rush with a line to the door. Would be nice if they scheduled more workers at such a busy time.
I mean it's Chipotle you know what you're going to get it's decently good for you compared to other fast food. We made a mobile order for the first time so we didn't have to take all four of our children inside so that was pretty nice and they got everything correct and everybody was happy except my one daughter who decided she didn't want to eat rice and beans anymore ??♂️
I hate to write reviews, because I understand there can be mistakes sometimes, but for whatever reason this location forgets DoorDash items all the time. It’s fine if you’re ordering in person, but keep in mind, if you’re getting pickup/delivery, and you have chips/drinks/extras…rest assured this location will forget to put it in the bag. What sucks is the bags are sealed, so the DoorDash drivers can’t really check to see if your chips are in the bag, unless you request them to break the seal (this is the only time I’m able to get chips).
Giving a 4 star, I’d be lying. Iv been to chipotles all over California and this is by far the worst. I feel like i walked into del taco. Food all over the floor , all over the prep counter, so busy. The staff looks like people off the 405, I don’t know if i should order or hand them money. Drive to Temecula location. This is borderline fast food. How did they get an “A” rating.
They forgot the Quesadilla of my child’s kids quesadilla meal. Went back to the store to get the quesadilla, when I got home the quesadilla was so burned I couldn’t get the foil off of the item and ended up needing to make something for my child at home. We are going through some home remodels and didn’t have our fridge available to us. Therefore ordered out. Super disappointing.Tried calling the store to correct it multiple times but they won’t answer the phone.
Pretty sure you guys are supposed to get delivery orders out and on time. Not wait for drivers to show up before you even start them. And it happens all the time at this place. No reason people that walk in to get food are getting their orders quicker than delivery drivers that just drove 10 mins across town. 20 mins to get a salad and chips while I watch you push out 10 customers in line first. The temecula location doesn't work like this. Unacceptable.
Usually, I do not have an issue at this Chipotle but tonight the staff that was making the food on 11/9/2021 at 6pm was the absolute slowest I have ever seen. It took me 30mins to get my food. The staff looked like they didn't care. I was finished paying and still waiting on my burrito to be wrapped. Never seen someone wrap a burrito so slow in my life. On top of that the person that put the to go salsa in the bag did not secure the lid and spilled all in my bag. Must be hard to find good workers now days.
Service isn't the same. Plenty of employees. It's just nonchalant attitude about everything. Syrup was out on both soft drink machines and no one wanted to take ownership. Steak was undercooked (pink inside and out).
