I was kinda bummed. I love chili's but my baby back ribs were not cooked the way im use to .it seemed a little over cooked. Everything else was great.my waitress spent too much time talking to another table and it was frustrating that I had to wait so long just to tell her how I was not pleased. I would of ordered something else except for time ran out for us.
Havent ate here in a while, We stopped in for an appetizer and beverage. Sat at the bar had a good time talking. food was good and service was good.
We normally never have complaints with chilies when dining in, so to make our day easier we decided to try a to go order. We got there and we checked in on the app like it says to and waited for them to bring it out, again like it says in the app. We waited 20 minutes past our time frame before my boyfriend tries calling the restaurant to see what's going on. No answer after about 5 minutes of calling. We waited 10 more minutes and my bf finally goes in to try to see what's going on. Low and behold our order is just sitting there waiting to be taken to us. My bf waited to try to talk to someone but they were so busy he didn't get a chance so he just grabbed the food and left. Looked at the receipt and looks like it was ready on time and ready to be taken to us, but nobody did. I understand it's busy, I wouldn't have minded if our order was brought to us late, but the fact that it was just sitting there getting cold, no one answered the phone, and my bf had to go in to get it was ridiculous. Not ordering take out from this location again.
2nd time I have had lunch here with my wife and daughter. We all enjoyed our meals very food had great flavor. Awsome personality with all the employees.

Chips warm, salsa tasty. Chili is good not overly spicy. Food is good although they change their menu often. That can be a disadvantage if you really like something here. You can eat in the bar area if you desire although I've noticed the public is still allowed to bring kids into that area. We prefer an adult atmosphere. Overall we keep coming back for certain items we really like on the menu, their salads, quesadillas, appetizers and the great house Margarita.
I mean.......its chilis. Nothing spectacular aside from our server. She was UBER attentive even as swamped as she was. We arrived right after the lunch rush and apparently there were only 2 cooks on staff. Somehow that translated into my order being inaccurate, so i ended up eating my entree over the course of an hour. Definitely not what i expected but essentially what i paid for. I will stick with Burgers and chicken crispers going forward. They provide the best taste with least capacity for failure. Unfortunately chilis is one of my daughter's favorite spots, so i am semi-committed to future patronage. Maybe the taste and kitchen will improve along the way. Fingers crossed for better chilis days....
Bathroom was dirty. Food was good!!! Waitress was very helpful!
Very good service! Didnt wait long after coming from the roller rink. It was a Saturday night. The waitress was very friendly and the food came quick and yum how I love those southwestern eggrolls! I haven't been to chillis in so long!
If it wasn't for the fact this USED to be one of my favorite places to go...I would have rated it lower. Everyone has a off day/night maybe this was their's. Okay,meal; okay; service , simply OK?
