I had this from last week. Amazing food. Piping hot fresh made fries, superb freshly made sandwich and the drink was spot on. This is exactly how Carls Jnr should be! The Benton Location should take training from the Scott Rd because Scott has everything perfect!
Just sat in drive thru alone. Only ordered a single meal. No guests inside. Still took almost 10 minutes. Ridiculous.

Literally never cared enough to leave a review before but no wonder the drive through is always empty I mean the food is fine it's Carl's Jr but something with the management is just wonky. The drive through only had like 3 cars in it but I was sitting at the window for over 30 minutes and didn't even get my food. I walked in handed the drink back to them and asked for a refund because I had to leave for work. On top of that I call to make sure I got the refund and they say no come back and try again tomorrow just awful.
Food was ok this time around. A little cold but ok. Lots of choices. Family friendly. High chairs. TVs. AC. Drink dispensers unlimited. Lota of sauces. Super courteous staff, best anywhere. Lots od seats and covid guidelunes. Lots of parking
