Placed a simple online order. Food was to be ready at 7:50PM waited an additional 40 mins for food when it was given to us half the meals were cold we ordered 2 kids meals, nachos and wings. We returned the food asked for a refund they said they couldn’t give us one unless the owner was there. It would also take 5-7 business days. The manager Jason made it very clear the other customers were a priority. I began to explain its unacceptable as I worked in the restaurant industry. He said I don’t care where you work. His behavior as a manager is embarrassing. The other manager Amber was also unhelpful and rude.
Kevin our server was rude. We asked about the appetizers, his comment “I’m not gonna stand here and tell you“ and then he went and got us a menu. He said he’ll be back in a couple of minutes and he wasn’t, He went back up to the bar to talk to his buddies. It’s not like the place was crowded. It was after lunch hour, , two tables already had their meal and two people at the bar. So He can’t say he was busy or swamped. After we waited for a while for him to return; he didn’t. He continue to hang out at the bar, so we got it left.I used to like this place the service used to be good. I’m not sure I’ll return if this is how guests are treated.
Our First visit there. It’s a pretty loud place, hard to carry on a conversation. Fast service it took 18 minutes to get our food. Our Food was tasty we got boneless wings and an appetizer. Our Server was very attentive. The Restaurant was clean. $3.00 house beer was on point.
First time I leave a 1 star review. Frankly, I would leave a -1* if I would, I arrived with my wife and son on 03/11/2022 around 8:40PM, we were greeted by a very nice hostess, he notified us that we would be seated promptly, and didn’t wait long. When we were seated, we were ignored completely. We were about to get up and leave, but a server came up to us and said “sorry, nobody told me you were here”. This is bad because other customers that were seated after us were helped first by that same server. A simple acknowledgement would be nice, I understand that it was busy but when that happens, an apology is a whole lot better than a mediocre excuse. I don’t leave bad reviews, but this one was bad and the worst experience at any Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever had. The owner should consider staff change.
Slow service and cold wings
Worst service I've ever experienced in my life! Extra 30 minute wait beyond the 20 minutes was told for to-go order. Got home & no sauce on wings nor on the side! Called & was told would credit one of the 9.99 wing meal plus 8oz of sauce on side. I get there & instead they are remaking my entire order making me wait again. Not even apologetic. Get bag & still no sauce on the side. Some thing so simple but so hard for them to accommodate. I asked the hostess for help & she grabbed me sauce. She deserves praise & a raise. The girls working the to-go area on Saturday night need to be retrained in Customer Service & the individuals bagging the orders need to be replaced. They do not care at all. Absolute waste of my time & my $55 to bring my family wings with no sauce. Still never received my $9.99 credit. We will never order there again. What a joke?!
Buffalo Wild Wings is a real hit or miss. Personally would not recommend for takeout at-least, wings are dry and cold. For the price, I’d give it a no. Live about 5 minutes away. If I was able to recommend something else, epic wings’ the place. Great breadsticks, sauce, and even better wings.
Ordered wings with a order of cheese curds. The wings are fine however the $8 cheese curds were not worth it. Looks like it is enough to feed a 8 year old child…. Very disappointed
I don't usually go to Buffalo wild wings. I am extremely glad that I went. The raiders were playing the chargers and the atmosphere was crazy. Also, I ate some of the best lemon pepper chicken I've ever had. I remember a few years ago I had some from a different Buffalo wild wings and it turned me off to the idea of ever going again. Major bounce back.
Food was meh.....service awesome! Buffalo wild wings has been in a steady decline ESPECIALLY this property. Its not the people, rather the corporate product that is Buffalo Wild Wings. Wings are smaller, appetizers are bland and in several instances unavailable. Only reason I patroned this establishment is because my daughter wanted to.
