Great food, but I really wish they move phone order person to a quieter place , can never hear them well with the background noise
Honestly was pretty excited about this place and thinking I'd get Chicago pizza. For the price I was expecting a lot more. It tasted ok but not like Chicago pizza. Was expensive and I felt awkward walking in there because I wasn't greeted or anything. I kind of just had to figure out on my own where to go and what to do. Much better options for 'Chicago' pizza out there.
Love the pizza here! You won’t regret it. This is our family’s go to pizza place. I could barely take a picture before everyone started to dig in.
1st time trying bella's, and the waitress gave me some delicious buttery garlic and cheese rolls. She was awesome! They have many beers to choose from I had one called the '805' it was nice and cold. They have a choice between Chicago or New York style Pizza, which I had the new York and out of 1-10 I would give it an strong 7. Atmosphere was romantic with frank Sinatra playing in the back ground.
Always a pleasant visit. Great staff, food and ownership. Pizza is always delicious with Cold Beer! Give them a try if you're around. Cant go wrong!
If I could give 0 stars I would... Worst customer service experience. Basic Pizza with basic service from a so called Italian "restaurant"?which is what the person responding to bad reviews seems to refer to this place as. It's definitely not! They are in a rundown strip mall...Nothing special here. I like to support small businesses when possible but this place was disappointing. We only went here after visiting Uptown Jungle in the same shopping center and wished I would have never stopped. My business is much more appreciated elsewhere?
Coupon for free knots on a mail flyer got me to try them out. The person working the phone and register seemed annoyed to be bothered by me during both interactions. I noticed on the menu they have 2 crust types and asked for a recommendation on the phone call, response - “it’s a personal preference”. Mentioned it was my first time so I’m just looking for a recommendation for a Hawaiian style since I’m not sure, response- “it’s a personal preference”. Would you say that’s a helpful answer? After I picked one she says “that’s not the crust I’d get with that kind” but didn’t even bother to ask if I want to change it after the snarky comment. Thanks again. Similar bad interaction when I got there for pickup as she seemed to take it as a personal insult that I dared assume a picture of my coupon would be sufficient. The coupon did not say anything about it being a requirement to cut it out and physically bring it in, and she didn’t specify that during the phone call either. With a condescending tone she said this was very important but she’ll let it slide this 1 time.To their credit, the pizza is clearly made with quality ingredients and it was pretty good so the price can be somewhat justified, but the bad vibes and bad energy from the counter isn’t worth it for me. Pizza was solid and the knots were ok but I don’t recommend the NY calzone, it had so much cheese that it was a soggy mess before I could really eat much of it. Can’t see myself coming back, some other great options close by
Bella’s is a great family restaurant. The meat lover’s pizza and calzones are superb. Peroni Italian beer on tap as well. However, the best thing about Bella’s are the employees. They are friendly, helpful, hardworking and create a great ambiance.
It was my cheat day and the wife ordered pizza for us. On my way home she sent me these pictures of the delivery. ? I didn't call the restaurant because there was the fear that something else would happen to my food...guess I'm never going back.
Gets delivery food OUT and ON TIME. Treats drivers like their time matters. Super appreciated.
