Horrible service. Millennials playing on their cell phone totally ignoring us as customers 10 mins later decide to tell us to fix our masks and never ask what we wanted. Corporate really needs to interview better. Maybe put your cell phones away and help your customers.

Had such an amazing experience for my niece's 17th birthday! The little creature ice cream we made were adorable! Wow, how the place was clean!And the best part were the nice ladies who worked behind the counter. Valerie, the cashier and Sheridan, the nice lady who served us, made the trip all the more pleasant with their wonderful attitudes! We all got what we hoped but the experience is what will have us coming back for more! (Thank you ladies!!)Plus for a COVID outing the benches outside were all we needed to sit and celebrate! ?

We do like to indulge once in a while at BR and they always have great flavors and quality. Not cheap, but you get top quality and taste.
