WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST THIS RESTAURANT. We have been coming to Arshi for years and the service has fluctuated dramatically in recent times. The staff is always changing, and the service has gone from great to mediocre. We recently decided to no longer be patrons of Arashi given their HORRIBLE SERVICE and forced gratuity mandate of over 22%. We don't mind giving gratuity when it is well deserved but when the service is marginal and right down poor it is like stealing when it is forced and undeserved. The waiters seem lost and confused and the management is rude and unprofessional. We strongly recommend that you do not visit this restaurant. For a much better dining experience we strongly recommend Shogun in Temecula.
Until today, I'd never dined in the restaurant, (we've ordered takeout from them on many occasions). The food is really good! Their sushi is fresh and, in my opinion, some of the best in the area. Today one of us had the Hibachi shrimp, another had steak Yakisoba and then another had the sushi. We were seated with a really lovely family, (one of which had a seafood allergy) and the staff was happy to accommodate. We were all really pleased with our lunch; it was delicious and we had a lot of fun. We will absolutely be back!
Very nice staff and great food!
I came here for a family birthday. We had a reservation, they took us right away. The customer service at the front was great! The menu was confusing for me as I had never eaten at the restaurant. At no point did the server ask if it was our first time there or attempt to explain the menu or dynamic. My husband and I thought we could share the Hibachi Combo (lobster, filet mignon, & shrimp) @ $59. Being it's 3 different proteins along with a side of fried rice, I thought it would be more than enough. The cook arrived and did his thing; he wasn't particularly enthusiastic but I don't hold it against him. The fried rice was boring, there was no flavor even with the veggies, and it was burnt to a crisp. I make better fried rice at home. Once we received our meat, it was surprising to me how small the portion sizes are. It's definitely not enough for two people. The protein was okay but not spectacular and not worth the price.Overall, I wouldn't recommend or return.
It's like ordering shogun from wish. As long as you get a good chef the food is at least good but the service and waiters usually are sub par. Have had more bad than good experiences here.
We had an amazing experience and enjoyed the food. Reservations are recommended and we didn't know that, but thankfully we arrived during non-peak hours so the hostess was able to accommodate my party of four. We are grateful for the team for getting us seated quickly despite not having reservations. The preparation, food quality, and friendly staff, contributed to my rating. Only complaint is our server didn't tend to us much, so we were without silverware and drink refills, and other items. We will definitely return.

Please do not go here!! I came here for my daughters birthday and the waitress, Vicky, was so extremely rude. I told her it was my daughters birthday and she ignored me, I had to tell the chef because she kept getting everyone all mixed up. Then I went over to the other side of the table to sing happy birthday to my kid, and the waitress took my food! I seriously had not even eaten close to half of it, and when the food is as overpriced as this place, I at least wanted to have the option to take my food home! It was ridiculous! I asked her what happened to my food, as everyone was still sitting and eating, she just said I don’t know and walked away. I just went full Karen on these people because I ordered a 40$ meal and I got to take a few bites while everyone else finished eating, I just sat there, feeling like I was in the twilight zone. It was such a hassle to even get to speak to the manager because Vicky kept saying no, I couldn’t. Then, they started seating a party as we were all still sitting down! Vicky kept my card after I paid, and kept saying she gave it back but when she finally brought it back, no apology, no explanation. Those are just the main things but there were soooo many other horrific things that happened during this dinner. I sincerely regret coming here and wish I could’ve given my daughter a better birthday dinner.
Delicious Teppan! Unlike other places I leave feeling great and my stomach always thanks me. Usually I have leftovers but I tend to finish everything because of how good it is. Will be back once again next time I’m looking for good Teppanyaki!
