Loved it here - came here twice while visiting the area. Both times fast and delicious!
Good acai bowls. They'll make them without banana. Acai is almost frozen which I really like. I've had ones with more fruit on it.
Love this vitality bowl location. The staff is very friendly. The smoothies / bowls are tasty and healthy. I pick up my brunch from here every other weekend.
Missing items from door dash. Tried to order again and my order got cancelled after waiting 2 hours. Tried to call and got hung up up on three different times after answering.
Where is your staff today? I went to pick up an app order this morning after 9 and you were closed. Went back an hour later and it was still closed. I hope you’re still in business. ?
Love the Dragon bowl. Hate the customer service by one of the employees.I ordered a dragon bowl on doordash half an hour in advance and went to pick it up. One employee (seemed to be a brown girl) was so polite and said that it would be ready in 5 minutes. 5 minutes later another employee (a white girl. Sorry, I don’t know their names) was very rude, was rolling her eyes and said that I would have to wait for 30-40 min. If I had not already paid for it, I would have left for sure. Finally, got my order by the 1st girl in a a couple of minutes. That rude employee has probably lost you a lot of business with the delays and the attitude. I will be ordering from a different location henceforth.
Place closed at 6:50pm. Door says 8pm
Disappointed.. 12 min before closing and they wouldn't take my order. Not coming here again
So good. One of the employees working here always puts so much great care into making our bowls, he makes them look so beautiful and they are hearty and delicious.
The negative reviews here are consistent. Ordered on pickup on doordash, and when I came to the restaurant at pickup time they told me I had to wait 20 more minutes, and to cancel the order if I didn't want to wait. Only one person working and I was the only customer in the store
