Delicious eggplant curry with highly developed flavor and rich texture; also excellent service. They have been very consistent with respect to quality which is really appreciated especially during these very difficult times when it seems like a lot of restaurants are really struggling and spending money on food eating out is such a luxury. Kudos to all their team for all their hard work!
Food had decent flavor and quantities were huge. They have Cambodian food too, I tried the coconut curry and it was very flavorful.Next day update: all our tummies got upset (not food poisoning). We all had gotten mild dishes for the baby, and generally the adults have good spice tolerance. So not sure if it was freshness, or if the flavor was spicier than we thought for our tummies.
The portion seemed small but surprisingly, it filled us up. We ordered hot pot sized Tom Yum Soup and Bamboo. It was amazing ? and the staffs were so nice/attentive to us. She also like to joke around which is fun ?. I recommend it but it is a little hot/humid in here, even at night. Please ask for ice cold water if you can't handle spiciness or heat. Otherwise 11/10
We got Parmesan garlic noodles and crab fried rice . We picked up the food from the restaurant. In the takeaway box we found around 3-4 tablespoon of oil . We ended up getting our stomach upset. They charge you are premium price and supposed to be a high end place and this is not the food quality one would expect
Best takeout place we’ve found so far. Lots of curry choices and super flavorful. Great portions sizes. Spring rolls were delicious
We thought a basic Pad Thai, some curries and assorted sides would be ideal for a group working lunch. Weird "mixed fish" protein option ended up being well, mostly weird. Chicken was plainly chewy. Ordered the day before, and the food arrived an hour early, hot at the time but with none of the vegetables or side sauces or utensils. Needless to say, by the time we served it for the actual meeting the food was edible enough but across the board none of us are planning on going into the actual restaurant for another try. The joke was that at $35 a person for bad thai food we were thankful it was on the companies expense account.
Amazing Tom Yum Soup and Fried Rice. Service is terrible.
This restaurant id by the highway, comes in between while going towards big sur. This is a small place but they serve really good food! They make fresh food and really loved spring rolls, couldn’t take picture because we ate it all before i get chance to take photo. The quantity is really big! One plate is good for 2 people! We had to take away food since we ordered one plate person. The price matches the quality. Service is good too. When the server asks what level of spice, the spicy is good spiced up, as an Indian it was spicy so make sure you choose your spice level wisely!!
Not much option for the vegetarian but have good options for the nonveg and some dishes are good and sone are ok ok if you want to try then try the pineapple fried rice sone of the safest bet here!!
February 2022: Only takeout, no dine-in, Google Maps shows wrong information. @Owner please keep Google Maps updated to avoid confusion and time waste.--- --- ---Update after 4 visits: I changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars because the experience improved over time.I am happy with the food, the service, and the price.I am not happy we with the interior of the dining room and I am not not happy with the climate in the dining room. The restaurant is ok for casual and informal dining but not for a business purpose or a nice date in my opinion.--- --- ---This review is regarding a dine-in experience of curries in December 2021. I would give 3.5 stars if possible.- I really would like to recommend the restaurant since I did not find many Thai restaurants in the area.- [Negative] The ambient of the restaurant reminds me of a cold storage room.- [Positive] The portion size for curries is good and makes a full grown man full.- [Negative] The food pieces in the curry were way too big which made eating inconvenient (using a fork to break down the pieces).- [Negative] The $15 (chicken or tofu) curries do not come with rice - you have to pay another $2 ($3 for brown rice) or more for a small portion of rice.- [Negative] Our waiter was rather unfriendly - at least this is how we perceived the very short question ans answers.- [Negative] Soft drinks (in my case Diet Coke) come in cans and therefore are not subject to refills which makes is more expensive.
