Server was nice but all of our orders were messed up. And burgers , the main reason we came there for, were brought cold. Three out of four. One person sent hers back , because it was cold, and was charged twice for a burger. And we got 20% mandatory tips. Service is bad, but you have to pay 20% tips anyway. And that is on a Tuesday night with slightly more than 50% capacity.
We went to The Counter In Mountain View yesterday to celebrate my birthday and it was a disappointment, We ordered a burger and it was bland no seasoning and the bowl of chili was like warm and cold on top,the server and the draft beer were good but that's it then my friend gave the waiter a cash tip and when we got the bill they add 20% tip I just could not believe it people should have the choice on what to tip and it might create better employees that cook the food properly and then you have repeat business I just know that we won't be back again. Best of wishes to you
Reliably good burgers - quite expensive, though. Build your own can get to North of $20...for a more price-performant option try assemblies already on the menu.Wings are also very fresh, although the sauce is on the side and not spicy. Good beer on tap nice sloshies for kids.
I wanted to order take out. Called the first time and was put on hold for 9.5 minutes before I hung up and called again to then again be put on hold for another 13 minutes. Y'all, I wanted to give you my money, but you didn't give me the chance. I wish I could have given a better review.
Grandson wanted a burger. Had some wings for appetizer. They were great. Service was so so. We ate inside and 20% was added automatically to bill. Prices are extremely high for the burgers we hot. Everything is a side and you are charged for French fries etc. Twenty bucks there about for just a burger by itself that is only 1/3 lb. to begin with is way too high. Had to leave the 20% mandatory tip that came to right under $20.00 was not worth it. I can see why there was only one other party of 2 in there at close to noon time. Will not be going back unfortunately ?.
It has a great idea: build your own burger! You select the ingredients one by one. So, you could make a vegan burger, or a keto burger, or whatever burger you want! The beef burger is GREAT, but don't put too many ingredients to be able to enjoy the taste. ?
We hit the lull in between lunch and dinner on a Saturday afternoon. Quick service and tasty options. If you're curious, I had a burger with alfalfa sprouts, avocado, tomato, and garlic aioli. And parmesan fries... And it was good. Convenient location at the corner of San Antonio & El Camino with plenty of parking.
I got a chicken burger with some sides and sweet potato fries. The food was good but, the in restaurant service was very slow. Over 45 minutes for food to come for our work group.
Visited a few times. The food is tasty, service is attentive, comfortable area to visit with family and friends or by oneself. Their burgers, beer, and chicken wings were awesome.
This was my first time here. I had the counter burger and it was cooked perfectly and tasted great
