Hands down an amazing restaurant. We enjoyed a little bit of everything, as you should. It is a Korean BBQ and hot pot restaurant that has the best of everything including sauces, meats, veggies, soup bases, etc. The staff is super friendly and the service is fast. The staff will explain how everything works if it's your first time there. Enjoy!
Well this place is definitely good for those who like hot pot. Good food, good service. I personally don’t like hot pot but still wanted to try. Friendly people, since I went for the first time and didn’t know how to use they explained nicely. For me the taste is not that great but definitely if you like hot pot you should go to this place. ????
Solid "KBB" spot in downtown Mountain View...although I think Superhot Hot Pot & Korean BBQ is actually Chinese. All good... the food is solid, service was good and everything went well. Their website hardly has any information posted, apart from the hours and contact details.I can't recall if Superhot has a dedicated parking lot, but there are plenty of parking options in downtown Mountain View. The venue is a good size, it isn't small, but not masssive like a Gen either. Plenty of options at the Sauce station. I was impressed how fast the our orders came out. We didn't have a dedicated person that waited on us, multiple members of the staff took our orders and brought out our food. Fast and efficient, unlike some other KBBq spots where you feel like an eternity has gone by between orders. No issues returning...
High quality food at great prices. Unlimited hot pot and korean bbq for only $37 + tax. You’re time limited to 1.5 hours but we ended up getting almost 2 hours to order and eat. Individual soup bases and pots means everyone gets what they like. Tons of veggies to choose from and the hot pot super thin slices of beef are very tasty. Wouldn’t hesitate to come here again.
It cost about $36 a person and it’s on the pricey side. All the meat options that they have are AMAZING! Especially the wagu beef and lamb. I really love the spicy options for the meat. However, the hotpot and watermelon juice were disappointing. The hotpot taste like salty stock + warm bland watermelon juice. The iced water was so much better and refreshing. Otherwise, everything was worth it once in awhile!
Got here at 5pm on the dot on a Saturday. Already a line out the door but we jumped in line and was seated right away. If your whole group is not at the door, you will have to wait. We were all together so we got seated. Food and service was great!
Came here with colleagues and really enjoyed our time cooking and eating the food. Best of both worlds with the combination of hot pot and kbbq.Check this spot out, you won’t be disappointed
This place gets busy during weekend evenings. Recommended that you get here 10-15 minutes before opening so you get a table. Otherwise you may have to wait over an hour when it's full. Place has good quality meats for hot pot and kbbq. The popcorn chicken is surprisingly very high quality and fresh for a buffet and taste exactly like the ones you get at boba shops.
SUPA-HOT FIYAAA! But I’m still cool, he want to cranbrook… THAT’S A PRIVATE SCHOOL!!! All YouTube references aside, this place is consistently good. The service when I and my m8s went yesterday was lightning fast, we ordered and they brought the meat out in under a minute. The Thai tea was solid, the Modelo let us know what time it was, and the Terra lite beer was absolutely peng bruv. Now we get to the food, we ordered multiple rounds of brisket, wagyu, spicy pork belly, red wine lamb, and beef bugolgi/pork bugolgi to round it out. The brisket was tender and fatty as it should be, the wagyu melted in your mouth after a quick sear and had a lovely texture after a quick few waves in the boiling broth, the spicy pork belly went hard as it always does and had good balance between the meat and fat, the red wine lamb had a strong but satisfying flavor, and the two bugolgi variants were delicious! All in all, the service was great, the food was great, and the drinks had us feeling good. Super Hot was indeed ?
Quality of food is just OK. Due to lack of employees, service was not good and slow which I could understand but quality of meats were just average...we had better quality and didn't like the set up of maximum 10 items per table. If would be better if they allow the customers pickup most of items in buffet style such as vegetables and other non-meat items. Didn't like the ide of ordering everything from the table. Would not go back again.
