We ordered the Vegan Sur and really enjoyed the vegan cheese, vegan pepperoni, and vegan sausage crumbles. The slices were a bit too irregular in size (with some twice the size of others) but the pizza tasted good and will definitely be going again. The pre-built pizzas are much cheaper than the build-your-own options FYI.
No restrooms for customers. Almost forgot to mention the pizza was a bit soggy as well. Never going here again.
Daniella was in charge of taking my order. Great and friendly personality and patient! Order time was efficient and didn’t take long. Definitely recommend the food here. Restaurant is very clean and looked in order. Thank you to the staff that helped tonight!
Extremely Rude and Disrespectful female Manager. I was hung up on before being able to place an order. I know multiple employees of this location and have been coming for years. And only twice have I been treated with such disrespect and rude behavior. Absolutely disgusting customer service this lady needs to cut her attitude. Gives off a selfish demeanor and is clearly looking for trouble. This same lady is rude every time. She needs to get fired. 4:00pm December 9th Female manager - y’all need to let this lady go.

How can you NOT try a place called Pizza My Heart. I mean, c’mon that’s cute.You know what’s cuter? The little slice pizza boxes that they come with. That’s how I want my pizza from now on, snugly fit in its own little house/coffin.I really like the inventiveness behind their Big and Little Sur pizzas. Green onion absolutely belongs on a pizza and I will take that to the grave. The crust? Pretty good. It just barely folds like a NYC style pizza, which is nice.
This place will forever hold a special place in my heart. The staff is amazing AM (Cynthia, Jose & the cook Pollo) & PM (Hiro, Daniela, Selvin cook) crew, I know there’s a lot of new faces around and some of the OGs from way back when. I remember always talking about a vegan pizza option when I worked there. After leaving the company, to hear that there’s now multiple vegan options available at almost all locations blows my mind. I had the vegan Mt. Diablo today via Doordash and it’s definitely one for the books!! The flavor is delightful and they chose one of the best cheese alternatives”Miyokos Cashew Cheese” so soooo good! Thank you to the staff and PMH crew behind the scenes for making this possible. Will be back soon to visit!

Have visited few of their locations in the bay area and wont be trying their pizza again. Disappointing!
