I absolutely love Papa John's and have ordered from this location many times however, the last few interactions with one of the delivery drivers has been very unpleasant. It's always the same driver not following instructions, on the website my family always clicks no contact delivery and this man bangs on our door every time and insists on us coming outside to take our pizza instead of just leaving it at the doorstep like a NORMAL person would do. The last time I ordered online I clicked no contact and even wrote in the comments saying to please not knock, what does this guy do while I'm in the middle of my shower? Ring the door bell and bang on my door repeatedly which causes my dogs to bark nonstop. When I finally make it to the door this man rudely asks if my doorbell is broken then shoves the pizza in my hands and storms off to his car all angrily. The food here tastes amazing but I would really appreciate it if drivers had better access to know if a house wants no contact delivery or not.
Pizza was ready in time and I once got late to pick it up but they put in on top of oven to keep it hot
Amazing pizza maker it was super late I was hella hungry and he took my order and was super friendly even spelt my name right! Thank you pizza guy

Love Papa John’s pizza! We’re sad there isn’t one in West San Jose. I work in Mountain View so I grab one on the way home for dinner. Our fav of this type of pizza joint.
I placed an order from their app, but it was never delivered. I called the store AN HOUR AND HALF later, and they told me the order is messed up in the system and suggested me to cancel the order. They have my phone number but nobody ever called me. I would have kept waiting if I hadn’t called the store.
