Not clean. Not organized. The booth leather is ripped off everywhere and no sign of hope in fixing the place and bringing it back to life. They need to leave.
It's a Panera Bread -- if you're familiar with the store you won't be surprised. Service tends to be a bit lacking at this location but there are self-serve terminals to order and food tends to come out relatively quickly.
The (man??) on the register was rude. I said half a salad he tried to charge me for full. Trust me, not a guy you want dating your daughter. A virtual time bomb. This was today at lunch. The women employees were nice and the salad good.
I had a badly made tuna sandwich and STALE chocolate chip cookies. Supposedly the manager (was not the manager because he promised if I came back and returned the food he would give me a full refund, and when I said I was coming, he said oh no actually no I can't give you a refund) said the cookies are baked daily, and I said I know they're stale . Both were true, but he rudely insisted I was wrong and lying. Did not give me a refund. Don't go here. Don't go to Panera honestly.
Good location with plenty of clean outdoor seating and free coffee if you enroll in their new monthly subscription service.

PANERA BREAD IS AWESOME! STAFF IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL! I COME WITH 2 FRIENDS IN CHAIRS AND CHALLENGED. THEY ARE TREATED WITH DIGNITY! FOOD IS WONDERFUL! IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN GO! THIS IS FOR THE MNT VIEW ON EL CAMINO REAL AND EL MONTE!!
I go here today and hadded the piza new one wjth sauseage and peperone. I also had brogle mac n chese bread bowl also ordered half sandwich and brogle chedder soupe. I'm also got free water and bag of chops with my order. Bathroom very clean but toilet paper kinda bad position near too close to toilet and wasnt able because I had to move my leg to get toilet pper. Thank u meal very nice vibe also bery good. Mmm will return soon. Thank y
Awful. Straight shouting at me to wear a mask. There was no question about my health status or if I have an exemption. Not that anyone has any right to no my health status.They will not ever get my business again.
I was having a terrible day until I came to Panera Bread and was greeted by cashier Nolan Neagu. Cashier Nolan was kind and helpful. He talked to me and made me feel better. He is also quite easy on the eyes. Truly the best customer service one could ask for.
