Visited here because saw some recommendations from a foodie group. We ordered crispy chicken rice and ribeye steak and felt both were ok.Crispy chicken rice came with 2 side dishes. The chicken was ok but the marinated tofu was a bit too salty and the vegetable tasted very plain.Ribeye steak was better. The mushroom sauce was delicious but the portion in general was a bit small. The 3 color vegetables (corn, green pea, carrot) brought my childhood night market steak memory back. I always took that out. This dish was very true to the experience. LolIf you are craving for Taiwanese night market style steak, still worth trying to see if you like it.

Ordered a matcha latte and it tasted like watered down jasmine tea. Milk was not steamed, would not order this again. Staff member at cashier was not friendly… overall would not come back.

I see several bad reviews and I initially didn't really care because how bad could a boba tea place can be. Well, the popcorn chicken is bad, really bad. I should've known when I was quoted 5 minutes wait time only on the chicken. It's not freshly breaded nor fried. It's most likely premade frozen and then reheated. The chicken tastes tangy and that's not good for chicken. The meat texture is too firm to be fresh. The tea is ok and they have the black sugar crystal boba which isn't offered everywhere so my suggestion is just get tea not the food.

Ocha is an amazing place to get boba! I go there with my friend all the time. If you pick the right boba, you'll like it there:)

Very bad quality. I have ordered caramel milk tea. First they don’t understand English properly.. hence, they took wrong order so I had to wait for long time for one tea. The taste is super bad. Definitely not worth it

Not sure how this restaurant can survive. Super terrible food. The pork leg is super hard like a rock.

I never write reviews but my experience here was so bad that I had to do it. First off, the food at this place made my girlfriend and me very sick. It gave our stomachs a sickly-rubbery feel and we had to induce vomiting when we went back to the hotel. We ordered a BBQ Beef Sauce noodle and a Crispy Fried chicken dish. The meat in the noodle dish had an incredibly funky taste. I think it was spoilt. I spat it out and focused on eating the noodles. I think just eating the noodles made me sick. My gf swallowed one piece of the beef because she was too polite to spit it out. That single slice made her sick. Secondly, aside from serving spoilt food, the quality of the food was suuuuper bad when each dish cost $13 and $14. I've never called my credit card company to dispute a charge in nearly 20years but I had to do it after going here. Their food made us so sick, I wasn't going to let them take my money too. Eat at your own risk. I hope this warning will save at least one person.*update* I've submitted a complaint report on the Santa Clara County's Department of Health website. I urge those who feel sick after eating here to do the same.*another update* health inspector reached out to me and told me she found major violations. Their score was reduced to 67 and brought back to Yellow.

This is by far the worst tea restaurant I have ever ordered in Bay Area. The portion is just way too small and not tasty at all. I ordered like $ 15 of fried chicken and calamari ring, but I don't even feel half full after I finished.

I stopped coming here even before the pandemic as their beef quality deteriorated quite a bit. I always get the Kobe beef sizzling plate, towards the end the meat piece is so small and thin the chef could never achieve the medium rare doneness I request. I just get a sad piece of overcooked meat and wonder why I tried again. It’s been several years and a pandemic, I thought I would try again since I really like sizzling plates. I didn’t have the courage to order the Kobe beef plate so I started with ribeye. It was actually quite decent! Meat piece is still thin but at least the chef didn’t overlook it this time. Meat quality is pretty good too. Maybe they fixed their supplier issue and are getting good meat again. As I was leaving another table ordered the Kobe beef plate, it actually looks nice. I will come back and try that next time!
