Milk tea here is amazingly tasteful. High quality stuff that beats many places that rely on the heavier foot traffic over quality. Huge plus that they have actual boba with a gentle light flavor and exquisite texture, none of that fruit caviar "popping boba" nonsense.Atmosphere is quiet and peaceful and the place is clean and well kept. Wonderful place to sit down and work for the afternoon. Another great factor for being out of the way--it's not as ridiculously crowded and bustling as the main street.
No, I am not going to this place again. We got caramel pudding milk tea and cloud foam milk but they taste no good. 2 star rating for location, ambience and being friendly. 0 star for taste
Not sure why this place doesn't have higher reviews. I had a pleasant experience; fast, friendly and easy...and my drink was tasty as well. The lady helping us (the owner...I think) was very friendly and gave us samples of various Boba to try. Mr. Sun was in the middle of getting remodeled when I came here. The exit/second entrance was being worked on, and the inside was closed.Liquid Sugar:~ Matcha Red Bean Smoothie w/ Matcha Jelly - 4/5Solid Matcha smoothie, not too sweet or too bitter. Very well balanced with a decent amount of Matcha Jelly. Matcha on Matcha time!No issues with stopping by again...
Their boba is amazing, and I really like the Mr. Sun Mango special, is very tasty. I liked all the drinks I got there I am giving it a 4 stars instead of 5 because the service could be way better. I go there often and usually I have to wait a lot to get the drink, twice we got something different from what we ordered and instead of changing it or saying sorry, they just said oh, we didn't know... And I had to leave with something similar to what I wanted but not the same... Maybe when there's a lot of people the staff feels a bit overwhelmed, but I guess it will get better with time!
Wonderful open area and ambience at this Mr. Sun Tea location. I got the Mr. Sun Special w/ Strawberry Boba and it was delicious--the flavored pearls weren't overwhelming and complimented the drink well. There's one-hour free parking right outside, and the underground lot next to it has free parking for longer as well.
I absolutely love this location. The Boba is delicious and freshly made, not like other boba locations. I've tried three different drinks and so far have all been great! Location is nice and clean. Jennifer the owner is full of energy and very efficient. Also very close to home!

I went there with my family to have boba and had a very unpleasant experience with the lady who I believe is the manager. She said she didn't know how to give refunds so she couldn't give me one. Even though I paid more money to have 2 different types of bobas in my drink and they had run out of one and they did not have enough of the other one to make our 3 drinks. When I asked her why she couldn't give me my money back again she all of the sudden had enough boba to make our drinks with one of the boba I had paid for. I still asked her to give me a refund because that's not what I paid for she told me that if I wanted the strawberry boba or not or else she was going to give it to somebody else who wanted it. Still refusing to give me a refund.So I ended up having to get my drinks not the way I paid for.

Amazing milk tea. It’s fun to watch fresh boba being made. They have lots of amazing flavors to choose from. There isn’t much seating indoors but outside has some nice benches to sit at. Service is friendly and fast. Parking can be tricky depending on how busy the shopping center is. I recommend parking in the public underground lot nearby.
