Worst worst place to come bad customer service! Doctors are never available. It’s very very hard to get an appointment they never pick up the phone . Worst place to come . Worst clinic in my entire life .
Terrible place!!!!! I am not a patient of this place. Unfortunately my mother is the patient, she is 68 years old and for a long time I told my mother to change clinic because one day she came to Mayview to an appointment that she had at 3:30 pm, after they checked her routinely they left my mom waiting on the bed with a gown on for more than an hour, when my mother came out of the room to see why they were not treating her, she realized that the lights were off and the doctor and nurses were already gone, there was only the receptionist, her doctor never saw her. That was so unpleasant. The Mayview doctor ordered my mom to take an x-ray somewhere else, I took my mom yesterday for her x-ray and they told us that her doctor from Mayview didn't make any orders. We went to Mayview to have this situation fixed and the nurse and the receptionist told us that now the doctor has already sent the order. We went back to the X-ray place today and again there is no orders from Mayview. We went back to Mayview and they made us wait a long time, we left without receiving help. This is frustating. How can these people be licensed and dare to work with people who need their help? Doctors and their staff are disorganized, negligent and have no mercy on patients. I give one star because there is not option for “0” star.
Customer service- I don't think they've even heard of the phrase. It used to be good, but has quickly gone down the hill the last few years.
Yes, it was very difficult to make an appointment at first and I was frustrated (but I'm on Medi-Cal so can't complain too much)But once I finally got to see my Dr (she's actually an NP), she took a good amount of time listening to my health concerns, checked up everything, and was very knowledgeable. She also made sure they secure a follow up appointment.Better than my previous doctors at Kaiser who spent only like 5 minutes and just said "that's normal" to my concerns (turned out it wasn't) , and didn't care if I make a follow up appointment.
Pathetically incompetent service. Expect: consistent misdiagnosis; extreme bureaucracy; irresponsible triage; unknowledgeable staff; and an overwhelming lack of accountability. Everyone employed here should be ashamed of the work they do. This is likely the worst medical practice in the South Bay.
Went in for new patient registration for my parents. The experience was smooth. The staff was professional. Renee C helped us, and she is amazing. She answered all our questions; she could register both my parents, she is polite, courteous, and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. Overall experience was better than any other private medical institution in Bay Area. Thank you Mayview Community Health Center.
Absolutely terrible service!! Drs are fine but the rest of the staff are unmotivated and incompetent.From 30 minute hold times and dropoed calls on the phone, to a horrible web portal, to dropped and missing prescriptions, and test orders (for some reason can't send test orders or get results from Quest)...What a steaming pile... Stay away if you have any choice at all!!
I got blood work done two days ago and every time I go in I get anxiety and almost pass out. When I went in this time the lady doing my blood work kept talking to me and made me feel very comfortable. Also the wait time to get in was less then 15 min. It was a great experience and this place has great workers.
Worst service possible.Tried getting a referral for a mammogram and still have not been able to get one in over a month. Tried to refill medications, it’s been over 2 weeks since they have been “sending messages” to the doctor or medical assistant.Phone lines do not work, or they are unwilling to pick up the phone.I highly doubt they will read this review.Please don’t go here, you can save yourself a lot of trouble.
HORRIBLE !After people on their Board of Directors have said they don't refuse anyone I have been refused 4 times. They do this to ALL Caucasians, this is TOTAL DISCRIMINATION. SHAME on YOU HORRIBLE Mayview
