Very well maintained apartment complex in a fairly quiet and peaceful area of the city, close to Rengstorff park, some grocery stores, and quite a few good restaurants, all within reasonable walking distance. My move in process was pretty smooth and I'm really enjoying my new place so far. Shout out to Vincent for being so welcoming and helpful, it really made my apartment finding/moving process a lot less stressful than it otherwise would have been!
Recently moved in and am really glad I chose this place. Love the views from our windows and the outdoors are very well maintained. Move in process was seamless all thanks to Vincent who patiently answered all my questions (and still continues to - thank you) in a very timely manner. We love it so far!
New owners will do their best to cheat and barely respect the law. Make sure to get everything in writing and to take lots of pictures before move in.
Great place to live! Near the neighborhood is close to the highway, el camino, central expressway. The neighborhood has excellent maintenance, services and facilities. The management, especially Dipna, is very welcoming and always eager to help. Highly recommended.
My wife, 2 boys and I stayed at Madrone apartments since the start of the pandemic and recently moved out. We enjoyed our stay at Madrone and in particular the our apartment with a large patio, the beautiful landscaping, the amenities (pool, gym) and walking paths. We were close walking proximity to the Safeway, Starbucks and Rengstorff Park. Dipna, our property manager and her team were awesome and made sure our we had a nice stay and kept the community engaged during the pandemic. Also the maintenance staff was friend, prompt and knowledgeable to our needs. Overall, our stay was awesome and I would highly recommend Madrone!
Lauren is the FRIENDLIEST, most professional, patient, CARING, and thorough leasing agent I've interacted with throughout my apartment search- and I've visited close to 10 properties! Madrone has such great reviews and I see why. Not only is Lauren a bright asset to Madrone, the property is immaculate. Very well designed to mix in the new with the old (renovated), beautifully landscaped property with lush fruit trees for the picking, and even a community herb garden!One last shout out about Lauren; she genuinely cares about finding you the right home.Thanks Lauren!

Apartments are nice, grounds and amenities are beautifully maintained, great neighborhood that's just close enough to everything. Would highly recommend Madrone.
Visited my friend on a Friday evening and I felt so sorry for him living in this sad community. It was 7.30pm and he was scared to turn on volume on his TV, we watched a movie with zero audio and just reading subtitles. Do you know why? Because property management was not able to handle a harassing neighbor who bangs on the bedroom wall all the time for any tiny noise and also shows up on the door without mask during covid days. This is so scary and painful. Very poor management. I do read a few previous comments related with thin walls in this community. Why can't management handle this thing seriously? I mean seriously!
