I got a f’n raw pizza. I called to ask for my money back and the people I spoke to had HORRIBLE customer service. This is the last time I buy from here. Pizza Hut here I come!
Tastes like the faaarts I just had after eating it, but honestly $5.99 not bad price. Too dry and cheesy, not enough flavor and sauce. It needs da sauce, so we can eat healthy in this house and not die young like Marvin Gaye.

I am a disabled cancer patient and had gotten bad news from my oncologist. I wanted to treat myself to a pizza but what occurred just made my day much worse.Ordered online and it was supposed to be delivered by door dash and, well, it was delivered, just not to my address. I immediately texted the Doordash driver, Francisco, and told him he'd delivered to the wrong house, he said he'd been told that number and for me to "take care." Rest assured, I won't be ordering from this place ever again.I called the store, was hung up on 3 times. I called the # at the top of the emailed receipt, left a message twice. Received no response from this company. Finally I submitted a complaint with the BBB. We'll see where it goes from here.Save your money and yourself from frustration, don't order from this worthless Little Caesars location... you'll just get ripped off.

Horrible experience the last two times I've purchased from here. I've heard this place used to be great, but that's just not the case now. Yesterday was the last time I've purchased & will be purchasing from here. I ordered 3 pizzas, 2 orders of wings, and 2 orders of breadsticks. The pizza was made on thin crust & was badly burnt. The wings weren't hardly wings at all, infact one of them was literally just a bone. When I called to address the situation because I had just spent $60 on a birthday dinner that wasn't going to be eaten, the manager who said her name was Anna said "if there's a problem see corporate # on website" then hung up on me. Without even letting me explain the situation at hand. Horrible horrible horrible customer service... Not to mention the workplace was a MESS in the back when I picked my order up & they almost gave me the wrong order & said my name incorrectly several times after I said my name for the order SEVERAL times. Wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE.

Start with customer service. The lady Mgr in Mountain View CA on San Antonio-just calls people liars, screams don't call back and hangs up when something is wrong with the order. First time we ever had a problem.Left us with 3 thin crust burnt pizza. Never going back there: we had read other reviews about her bizarre behavior; now we know its true...love Lil Ceasers but will not tolerate being treated unjustly!
