The service here is quite pleasant. It's always a treat coming to Krispy Kreme, and luckily this location in Mountain View doesn't disappoint. Freshly prepared donuts every morning with committed staff from early in the morning to late night cravings.I would highly praise the original Kreme donut, an original glaze taste with cream filling on the inside. Can have a chocolate option too. Krispy Kreme is also very good in promoting special offers so be sure to check them out for some delicious advantages. Sometimes I take the drive thru, but the warm hospitality of the staff makes me want to come inside. This location is off leghorn st, toward the shopping center of Costco.
You either love hot and fresh Krispy Kreme donuts or you don't. I DO lol. We made a donut run and thankfully the fresh donut light was on. We got 6 assorted donuts from the display and 6 glazed as they came out of the glazing process. Best time to get them. Grabbed 3 of the glass bottle chocolate milks to compliment the donuts. Great customer service.
Decidedly, the sheen has worn off of my infatuation for the K2theK. The freshly baked ones, the glazed. So hard to stop eating these. For me tho, especially once I had to change my diet and cut my sugar intake, their donuts were too sweet anymore. I loved the frozen drinks too. To be fair, 3 stars is for the great service and consistent quality and taste. But I still would buy a dozen for a Friday at the office or birthday.
Donuts were warm, no one else at the drive-thru was in and out very quickly. A dozen donuts is over $17. Super tasty with coffee but I know they are not my healthiest option.
Finally something change in the last visit donuts where warm and good flavor .before that they serve you cold block donuts with a nasty oily sintetic sugar flavor.i hope it stay that way
When they have fresh hot donuts, it's good. Just had a dozen of pre-boxed donut and they are not so good. Big difference. I won't buy old donuts anymore

Had to give it just 4 stars as Krispy Kreme donuts aren't exactly a health food.... BUT once in awhile it's OK especially around the fall holidays. Around Halloween when the entire population turns "Pumpkin Spice Nuts" Krispy turns out their Pumpkin Spice donuts! Yummy. Yummy! Evidently I'm not the only one that thinks so as the day we stopped in they were dwindling fast! The drive-up was busy, the outside tables full and the inside about 1/4 full tables. The workers are friendly and know how to sell their product. Fast and efficient they whip out that dozen size box right away! We were firm though and held it down to 2 treats for each of us. Ok, so we went to the Stanford Shopping center and walked around while we nibbled. While we limit our trips to Krispy to once or twice a year they don't seem to be missing any business. Maybe they will come up with a Paleo donut soon!
Great service, good donuts. I was little sad they did not open on time. With that being said, 6 am is pretty early.
