I ordered on the phone and came in 20 minutes before closing to pick it up. I walked in and no one came to the front to give me my food. I stood there yelling "Hello?, Excuse me?" for 10 minutes. But the 3 employees were just cleaning in the back, blasting their music, and would not acknowledge me or even look up to see me. I'm sure they heard me, I even took my mask off and yelled past the plastic divider over the counter. I never got my food.
Got a very disappointing over-breaded, gristly and tough chicken sandwich but it was comparatively cheap and we were hungry.
What you see is what you get. It's fast food, friendly service.
Kinda slow! The cashier help only on at a time. There where three employees working. Seems like they treat the online orders with higher priority than ones stand in line. Once order was taken, it was quick! There were 5 people in line when my order was taken.
I go here lovely regularly for basic food stops.. This store has been reliably incredible and I suggest it for anyone's fast mid-day break.
I stood there for 5 minutes before they even helped me. Food was good service was poor. I won't be back...
Not busy. Plenty of parking. No dine in during covid. Easy communication with the clerks. Not much else to comment about a KFC. Clerks offer sauces.
KFC chicken tastes pretty good, but usually pretty salty for my taste and is not a particularly healthful choice. I went into the store to pick out dinner but ended up buying nothing. If you have a big crowd to feed, you can get buckets, biscuits and sides, but otherwise nearly everything on the menu appeared to be bundled with soda or things I had no intention of purchasing. After trying to put a decent meal together for 3 people, I gave up on their bundles and went somewhere else to eat.
The Krispy chicken was dry and tasteless. The rolls were the same with the potatoes the most acceptable item.
