It's a chain sandwich shop that's located on the strip of an outdoor shopping plaza. I think it's okay for the price; it won't be filling if you require a large lunch. The food was just okay. The lady at the counter didn't really pay attention when putting finishing touches on the sandwich, but I guess that's why only California police officers come here; it's cheap and not very flavorful.
Tried the rosemary parm bread. Fantastic. With the turkey provo. I changed the cheese to swiss. And added bacon DelishWent back the next day for another. Yummy
So far the worst Jersey Mike ever. Bubch of kids in charge, nothing against hiring people with no experience, as long as there is an adult in the room to supervise. After being rude while I was ordering my food, and rushing me to order my next and next sandwich where I wasn't done with the first order, they I feel on purpose gave me my cold sandwiches and didn't tell me I got to wait for my hot sandwiches. They told me "you are good to go". Coming home and figure out my hot orders not there. After calling to complain and get my money back this rude kid Maria who was also rude in person, hanging up on me after blaming me to not pay attention and wait for my sandwiches that were hot.Not sure if Jerseg Mike's Subs of mountain view part of franchise or something like that, but the corporate stakeholders must rethink how their reputation is being destroyed by some incapable and cheap operators.

The. Food is good. A little pricey. I order food and it is never ready when I get there. I have been 15 to 20 min late and its still not ready.
They make the BEST sandwich.
