Twice we have tried to go through the drive thru at 4 am and 2x we have been told the system was done and yet, there was a car in front of us who was handed food and 3 people standing at the drive thru window. As we we pulled away, 2 more cars were at the order window amd were ordering food.Which is it?! Today, 4/24/22 at 3:59 am was our 2nd experience with this. Don't advertise you're a 24 hour restaurant if the "system" doesn't function as such and if it goes down regularly or resets, be prepared for it. 7/11 is getting our business because of your nonsense.
The strawberry milkshake is delicious, though a bit too thick to drink through the straw. Customer service was great. Chicken nuggies were crispy and juicy. Onion rings were tasty, and the sourdough Jack was pretty tasty too, except that it wasn't sour. Overall 10/10 this is the first time I've been tempted to write a review for a fastfood place.

Ordered a double patty but only got a single one. Still better than other fast food options though, curly fries are the best.
Chicken sandwich and curly fries were over done. Dunno if that's all the time. Eggrolls were fine.
Good service, i ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it was more like the salted chicken sandwich, definitely don't recommend for spicy food lovers.
Terrible service food was cold, teller couldn't figure out what I wanted when I told her it was wrong. Jalapeno poppers were over done and chicken patty tasted burnt also. Daytime workers seem to understand how to serve, but nightshift has a lot to learn about customer service. Rotten and probably wont return again at night.

there is a door for restrooms locked all the time in the dining area.sign says customer use only.that's fine because i am a customer.i try to open that door for 3 different time in vain.later I found that I should have asked the casher to open it for me.what a confusing!!I didn't know they have to open it for customer each time.sign doesn't say this way either.
