This was the WORST experience I’ve had at in and out burger ever. So disappointed! I used to live here many years and came back for business. Was so looking forward to having a good burger with fries. The fries are COLD and tastes like something other than potatoes. I can’t even eat them. Tastes very weird. And the burger buns are COLD! What in the world is going on with this store? The customer service was so nice. I was so excited to have this food. Sigh…
I mean, lets be real, if you haven't formed an opinion on this place by now, the reviews arent going to help.But, I will say, as my local In-N-Out, this place could not be beat. Even when another location opened somewhat closer, I still ended up heading here.Simply put, this place is a California staple. Tasty burgers, fresh fries, creamy shakes, sparkly sodas, and good vibes.
Fast service and good food.
Consistency, quality, value. This is what Californians have come to expect from In-N-Out, and this location is no different. Ordered a 3x3 animal style extra toast, fries well done, and a large Arnold Palmer (half lemonade/half iced tea). I was really exhausted from my travels in San Francisco.The register was empty for a few minutes which was really unusual for me (they pretty much keep on going at other locations).Still, it was great service. Food was on point and made exactly as I ordered. 4/5
I remember when it first opened up...the Burgers were bigger and the prices were lower. Yrs later switch that around. I like my double Burgers w no Special sauce, no Mustard and no Ketchup.
Clean, friendly service. We ordered the Animal style double burger as recommended by Gordon Ramsey. Great tasting. Thank u to the wonderful staff. They also support human trafficking awareness.
At the beginning I didn’t understand the obsession some people have with in-n-out burgers. However, after some time I arrived to the conclusion: you start to appreciate the sauce and the fries, then when you eat in others fast food chain you miss it, at the end you fall in love and become one of those obsessed.
In and out/ the best burger ? in california- love it ? and I can’t stop eating it, you might need to rub for 5k after it but it is ok, not recommended as dinner ? otherwise you will suffer. The store is good ? and clean I highly recommend in and out. The location is great ? by 101 highway ? which is very convenient- conclusion highly recommended

I went through the drive through around noon. No too many cars, maybe 12 in front of me. A polite young man was outside and took my order. The line moved fast. The women taking money and handling food were very nice. However, I did ask for no tomato and they put it on. Not that big of a deal. My only issue is that my fries are cold. Not a normal thing for this chain. Not a deal breaker for me.
