Cashier clerk got our kid's plain grill cheese wrong (I clearly ordered: bread cheese bread) but cheerfully remade it as soon as I pointed it out.(Male) customer behind me was being a total jackass and the (female) manager deployed an impressive display of polite crisis management to defuse the problem.Overall pretty impressed with customer service at this branch.

This in and out is cool and in a nice spot. Staff is friendly and food is served fresh! They even gave me and my bro (who were visiting) free stickers for our family at home.4 stars is b/c i dont like the food here and much prefer 5 guys. Its all a matter of preference end of the day. But you gotta try it at least once!
The most poorly run In-N-Out location I've ever been to (and I've been to a lot of them). I've been on cool for the MV location for a while, but my experience tonight was especially awful. 30 minutes wait in a car line to get through roughly 8-10 cars ahead of me, my order incorrectly entered and not verified back to me until I questioned the unusual price, and the final order incorrectly given to me. The employee at the window also appeared to be on a personal phone call which is, well, weird. For much better service and food its worth heading down El Camino Real to the location in Sunnyvale which is fantastic.
Good food. A community meeting place. One huge warning: DO NOT park in the parking lot. Break ins are extremely common. Happened to me. Keep anything that looks worth stealing out of sight. I’ve even had friends who were broken into without anything in sight. Just park in the huge parking lot across the street, your car will be much safer.
Everyone told me I had to go to this place when I get to California. I don't see what the big deal is, I've had a burger from Wendy's before. The only difference is these fries aren't as good.Also, Chil FIL a should teach a class for this place.
We learned they will make grilled onions if you like. Or you can order your bun twice toasted, French fries well done... and more. You can pretty much get the burger any way you like.
Jesus Christ the french fries suck. would let you really rather eat Walmart fries that were frozen then to come here. however I imagine the burgers are still great as usual and excellent value
Burgers are k but the fries are horrible. Our friends said not to get the fries saying they are bad but I didn't believe. The shakes are regular.
Sad. In n' Out used to be my favorite fast food burger spot. But the prices have doubled. A Cheeseburger Combo is now ~$10 (not ~$5, like before). On top of that, my burger meat was cold. AND my fries were cold. The increased prices and the cold food was a turn off. Possibly a fluke. But in all the years I've gone to In n' Out, this was my first time ever being disappointed. For $10 cold burgers & fries AND the long wait, I can't imagine I'll ever be tempted to go back. I'm looking for a new burger shop ?
It's a run of the mill in n out, which of course means that the food is great and quick. However, this place loses a star because it's parking lot is not well designed. Its drive thru line meanders through the parking lot in such a way that it blocks off two of the entrances, meaning that if you pull into the parking lot from the back, you will have to do a very tight turnaround to get back out because you probably won't be able to find a spot in the tiny bit of parking lot you can access. Otherwise though it's fine
