Tasty rolled ice cream which is a little bit on the expensive side. Lots of toppings available. Long lines with a 15-20 minute wait on Saturday around 7pm. Since each ice cream is hand made from liquid cream on a anti-griddle until it solidifies to ice cream.Worth a quick visit every once in a while if you’re craving a novelty rolled ice cream but otherwise I would stick with a classic gelato or ice cream for a much lower cost.
Awesome desert place! Options are delicious! I love the Cereal Killer flavor. Toppings are good too. Staff is really friendly, but this location is a little short staffed, so it takes a bit to get your ice cream. But worth the wait, as I can tell the employees take time to prepare everyone's order. I will definitely go back! Also, the location is convenient in downtown Mountain View.
First time I have try icecream rolls especially nondairy. The gimmick make make me go ever time when I feel to have. They have so many option from dairy to non dairy . However they used fresh fruits that make me very satisfying. Also they have so many option for topping as well. It is in expensive side like $12 per cup plus tax.
Great place. And delicious ice cream. My son's favorite. Also the customer service is great. Good service and great options to choose from for what ever you sweet tooth is asking for. Great family place to go after dinner or on hot day, even on cold days of your like me and like ice cream while cozy.
Super friendly staff, even when absolutely bombarded with customers just before closing! I was part of a group of about 15 and the staff here were just so kind and worked so quickly! And obviously the ice cream was delicious, too!

The ice cream is good but the service is awful. They look at you clueless when you ask for ingredients, really don't extend themselves. When we asked for ice water the girl told me 'we don't carry that" with cups right in front of me. Wonder what they use to make their tea?
Great desert place. Icicles has loads of options for ice cream rolls. The flavors are delicious, lots of toppings options. They are usually quick with the order. Although over $11 for a desert seemed expensive.
This is about the journey as much as it is the desserts. After they take your order, you’ll watch them pour cream over your selected ingredients on a cold plate. As freezing begins, they’ll chop up the combination and mix it until thoroughly distributed, then flattened out into a thin squared sheet. Using a scrapper, rolls are scrapped up strip by strip and placed into your cup. Then you choose toppings and enjoy.
