Cajun Fries with Malt Vinegar are worth visiting this ordinary food chain spot. They offer lettuce wrap as less carby option.Open later than most burger places in Mountain View.
Only gave it four stars because it’s just not the same without the peanuts. The burger was as good as usual. There was just a small, hollow place in my heart that the peanuts used to fill. CURSE YOU COVID-19!!
Great fries... But that's it. Everything is priced separately, so it adds up real quick. My hamburger was cold and dry and the place wasn't exactly clean.
I would like to express my gratitude for the professionalism, attentiveness to detail and friendliness to all visitors to the employee Rafael. I wish him a speedy promotion and a raise to his salary.
My favorite burger spot in the bay. I like the simplicity of the menu and the usual great service. That day I order a “regular” burger that comes with 2 burger patties with lettuce wrap and it was delicious. It worth the visit for sure.
They are very generous the the portion size for the fries. My kid loves the fries here. Their veggie sandwich with cheese is good too. But they dont have any patty options for vegetarians. In todays age it shouldn't be hard to get a vegan / vegetarian black bean patty or impossible patty and add it to the menu. If they do that im sure they would reach a wider customer base.
Great place. My family loves the burgers from there. I requested a change to their website in general for ordering. Since all their buns have sesame seeds, I have to call to have them use two bottom buns because of allergies. This gets annoying. They have the option for no bun and lettuce wrap but not two bottom buns. But every time I call to make the change, they do it which is great!
It's five guys and they one think and they make it well, the burgers!Never had a bad burger from them not in NYC & not in California either. The fries are also delicious and peanut butter milkshake is bomb & has actual peanut butter in it :D
My burger with cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, ketchup, and mayonnaise was delicious. My granddaughter enjoyed her burger which we ordered with condiments on the side. My husband ate a veggie sandwich. Their fries are always crisp and delicious. I would have preferred less salt on the fries, but my husband thought they were fine that way. I miss the peanuts that used to be there, but I guess they took advantage of the pandemic to cut out those costs in the name of safety. The difference between their regular and large burgers is a matter of 1 vs 2 patties.
I’ve been coming to this location for a few months and honestly the customer service is terrible. I used to work at 5 guys in Redwood City and we never gave this type of service. Today I came in and the cashier was just rude it seemed like he didn’t want to be there and went I ordered my food he questioned what I order like I said I know the menu pretty good because I used to work here. I watched them make my food and they completely missed the patty. They gave me my food with no Patty. When I told them they forgot my patty they didn’t apologize and they questioned me when I still showed them the receipt. The manager came and looked at the receipt as well it took 3 people to correct my order. And to top it off our fried were under cooked and soggy. No one likes soggy fries. This place needs to be straightened and they need to be trained for customer service.
