This Domino's offers a very rare service. They undercook your pizza so you can finish baking it in your home oven. They even do this without you asking. One star because the delivery driver was nice (but also because 0 stars isn't possible).
I would have done zero stars if I could but just a heads up to all the vegetarians the worker there doesn't clean the blade between cutting pizzas. So if an all meat pizza is cut before your vegetarian pizza it will have meat juice on it. Here's the picture of one worker who makes your who never wears gloves and touches things. Doesn't wash his hands after touching all kinds of things.
Don't ever go there or order from there. They don't use gloves, the workers are on their phone during work, lying and don't have the common decency to handle customer complaints properly. Also called my husband an obsenity when we requested or money back.
I was at this location yesterday and ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich. It had a ton of cheese and a lot of bread and very little chicken. I wanted to get a refund and reached out to customer service that never reached back. I could not get through to them on the phone line and had to deal with a text bot who took my complaint and said somebody would get back to me but they never did. I tried calling today and customer service happens to be close! I returned to the location where I got the sandwich just to see if I could get something else and the woman behind the counter said there was no manager. She tried calling him and he said he wouldn't be there until 4 and he was in a meeting. She refused to refund my money or make me something else say I had to come back at 4 even though I told her I was on my way home and did not live near by. I am so disappointed in the way that customer service is being handled at this location and in corporate with customer complaints. Avoid this location at all cost if you can
Walked in and ordered a pepperoni pizza. Went home and ate 2 pieces thru the rest of it away. Worst pizza I have ever had.
Well they did come back with my missed items so I have to give them that. My apartment isn’t the easiest to find either so I credit them there as well. The food was good and staff were polite even when I was irritated.
Went to Dominos and ordered $200 worth of pizza, they did not provide a receipt so I called in today at 4:14 and Jacob gave me attitude, was telling me to look at my phone for the date and that he doesnt stand around looking for peoples receipts, wont be coming here again!
Pizza was ok, but their system of tracking your order is completely inaccurate. They seem to manipulate the system to change the times that your food is being processed. This is the 3rd time that I have had issues with this store taking more than an hour to deliver even though they are only 2 miles from my home. Not sure what they are doing to organize but I will not be ordering from them again!
I ordered 3 pizzas on 09/06/2021 and paid $70.72 for them. I didn’t receive my order and called them; they promised me to give me full refund, but they didn’t. For 2 months, I had tried to get my money back by calling them and sending claims through the website dominos.com. They promised me to perform “investigation”, but nobody reached me. Nothing happened. I am still waiting for my refund. I will NEVER order anything in Domino’s Pizza, and, of course, I would not recommend them.
They do a good job making great tasting pizzas. Friendly crew as well.
