We eat here almost every week, the food quality is not consistent, two weeks ago the rice is not fully cooked.Updated, maybe they got too busy, recently burritos are not properly wrapped and they became smaller too

What's up with the portion sizes. Ordered takeout and my burrito bowl was half the regular portion size you would get at any other Chipotle in the bay.
Customer service needs lots of work. The staff needs a pep talk on being welcoming and eager to help customers.
I know that Chipotle are everywhere, but I must write a good word for this location where I always always get the best burrito. And no matter how long the line, they keep the place clean and in orde.r
